annoying!
Just annoying this new "Rewe Bonus". Instead of paying less for direct offers, everything now ends up in a virtual exchange. This is completely opaque! The worst are these coupons, which you have to activate first to get the offers at all, every time at the checkout you can activate all these coupons individually. It really doesn't get more annoying and time-consuming than that...

No offers on Sunday
I've been using the pick-up service and the app for a long time. Since the update to the new bonus system, Monday is uninteresting for pick-ups, because the offers of the new week are not available on Sunday. Before, you could order the offers, but now the online shop only has the old prices from the previous week.

Full of bugs
The app is such garbage, I can't do anything with it, because no matter what I press it doesn't work. Either I am redirected to other pages and then back again and all the time in circles or it doesn't work at all. I just want to make the stupid lotus cake.

Logging out, not intuitively
App is very confusing and not very intuitive. Why, for example, I have the shopping list under offers and otherwise can't use it for shopping. But what is really annoying - I have already blocked everything several times at the checkout because I had to register again after 1 week. Once I angrily left everything at the checkout because I hadn't remembered my PIN. Other cards have been working with Face ID for a long time

App is good - But ...
The app is functionally good. She does everything you need. As an Apple user, I miss a way to mirror the shopping list on my watch, like Bring does. That would be a real added value!

I just got the change at the checkout incorrectly, they didn't return the money for the Rewe-bonus, which I clicked to spend. The money was eventually returned to me, but with the argument that 1 euro is not worth the dispute. For me, it was very humiliating and I completely blame this application for this, because it confirms the withdrawal of the bonus at the checkout not immediately when scanning, but when the cashiers themselves confirm it at the checkout. in principle, this was the case with the Payback card, but they always confirmed it normally
