When selecting a store, the app only shows the Rewe stores, but not our local store. Perhaps this should be improved. Update, email sent.

Takes ages to load and apparently not accessible. We're working on the problem. The only strange thing is that it works for my son who is standing right next to me. I thought Payback was better anyway, but you can get that at Edeka now 👍

Since PAYBACK is gone, the app no longer works at all, neither for searching for stores nor for activating coupons. I have now deleted the app from my phone and there is more storage space available. A shame!!!

On their site it says that when you first register you get 5 Euro bonus credit, that's not true, I haven't received it yet

It's a shame, I can't do anything with the new app benefit model, which can apparently only be used with a customer account, so I'm going to uninstall the app. I don't read brochures and offers. I don't want the 12th customer account. What for? It's a supermarket...! I always liked the app with the old benefit model. It was the only one of its kind that I had used. Now it no longer offers any added value for me. Otherwise the app is well designed and works well.
