Horrible app. Constantly re-gives itself notification permission. I don't want to be alerted about 1000 daily lost dogs. Why do I have to reset permissions weekly??

Latest update broke thermostat controls, won't even open the thermostat plug-in in the app. This simple functionality should have been tested.

Was recommended this , but unfortunately.... it keeps going offline. Which is of no use to me when i'm away on holiday ... It would be useful if we could... Remotely reconnect the ring camera.... extremely disappointed... I have resigned to get an ordinary camera to link to my Wi-Fi.

Latest update broke the connection to thermostats. Now when you push the thermostat button on the front screen, nothing happens so you have to go 3 screens deep to pull up the thermostat controls. Fix plz!!!

You ruined a great app with this last update. It doesn't matter now if my cameras are snoozed, I GET EVERY ALERT anyway. It is the most annoying thing I have ever had to deal with. I have multiple cameras at 3 different locations. I am receiving motion detection alerts constantly! I don't want to change my sensitivity settings. I just want to snooze my alerts! I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times, hoping it is just a glitch, but unfortunately, it isn't. Please fix this!!!!!

Ring is so annoying! Cameras pick up cars driving by but won't pick up UPS delivering a package to my front door! So annoying!

Snooze option within app used to work. Now it constantly sends push notifications despite me snoozing all alerts using the Ring app itself. Very annoying.
