support does very little. is never there when you need them..... app has bugs all the time and you can't start gigs

Glitchy app
Why so many notifications with no information? Like I can't understand if the app is just glitchy or if this is the way it was designed. You will literally have a notification that says nothing and when you click on it, it just takes you to the app but nothing else. Also it won't let you accept more than one job at a time and it's always going to send you to the farthest locations. I waited 15 mins for two different deliveries and it automatically gave me the longer route with less pay and never even updated me on the other one I selected. Not worth it so far.

To improve
I definitely like this job but they must improve the interface if I have an SUV I should filter orders for my type of vehicle because I want to accept everything they give me but in the time it takes me to check if my car qualifies someone else earns it

Kick off the app
I would to work for roadie again but I shouldn't been kick off due to my record it should be a second chance policy for people who had had a record & want to work

I just started and I've wasted gas on two cancelled deliveries. My last delivery was cancelled and still showing on the app as something that needs to be picked up. The guy at the store told me that my last delivery didn't even exist. The order number and name wasn't in the system. I've called Roadie customer service line and nobody answered and I was waiting to speak to someone for like 20 minutes. I even messaged on the support line. I can't get this non existing delivery off my app!

Not a bad concept, but no way to filter gigs based on pay and too many gigs that are absolute low balls. "Spend 30 minutes for 9 dollars" gtfoh
