Never could fully download this app bc I don't use I'd and password for my bank but this app still started taking monthly fee ouf and I couldn't get it canceled without canceling my card.

Why did the DEVS break the app? To get you to stop using it! Either maintain a functional app, or do not, BUT DON'T OFFER SHOTTY, BROKEN 🫏 SPIT!

Used this app many years. Little to no problems. The last time I made a payment, it glitched and took 2 payments out at the same time. It was very inconvenient getting it corrected. Long hold times on the phone. No supervisors are available during business hours. Refund has to be approved by another department. Multiple day process. I have a family, and this left us in a tough spot. They did not care one bit.

Terrible. I have my mortgage through Rocket Mortgage and the app refuses to work for me. Every time I log in I get a message saying my mortgage can only be handled on the website. Why are they allowed not to service their own customers in their own app? I've called support on this too and they just say "sorry I can't help you". Terrible service. Terrible company. Terrible app. 0 stars if I could.

Cannot do anything with mortgage in the app. When I click view mortgage, it tells me that I must view my mortgage on the Rocket Mortgage website. Only thing I can do within the app is view the address of my house. I'm pretty sure I know the address, but it might be handy if I have a momentary lapse in memory.

There is no need for me to have PMI on my loan, I have bought several properties and this is the only bank that has ever charged me PMI. It is a waste of my money. It adds to my loan, you are already getting interest on my loan paid. I will have to change banks as soon as the interest rates drop so I can get rid of the pmi. It's ridiculous.

The customer service was horrible. Our Morgage broker Patrick Morrison did not follow up with us to give us update on the application. We had to always call. He would send email with different mortgage approval amount and when we called for clarification we would receive a different approval amount. They waited till last minute to let us know we were not approved after calling them multiple times to get an updated. We were told we are approved then not approved. Minutes after being told we were not approved Christ Macilquham (loan processing team) calls and say we have been approved and we will continue with the loan. He sent us a new offer letter. The next morning the offer letter was resend and we had to call Rocket Morgage to find out what happened. They investigated and apologized what happened for the miscommunication. Patrick Morrison or Chris Macilquham did not call to apologize they ignored our phone calls. We did get our home through NOVA loans. I was so disappointed with Rocket especially when I have a previous home loan with them.

Everyone wishes they had it this good. Only complaint is I was offered hurricane assistance and was told that my mortgage would be extended by 3 months and my payments wouldn't change but then when I started payments again nobody knew what I was talking about and now I'm paying $200 more per month.

Your agents are pushy, annoying and threatening. Very unprofessional
