Error message says incompatible
The app takes a full 30 seconds to load After loading there is a login button The app spins for another 30 seconds and then throws an error The message says your device is incompatible because it has been modified or uses untrusted software Ther is a link to a help page The help page is useless because provides no helpful information and suggests restarting your phone My device has not been modified I am running the latest iOS The only apps on my device have come from the Apple Store Roku is way out of line here I expected better quality

**Features Are Not Not As Pictured**
While I do use the app to change channels, that is essentially the ONLY function it serves. Contrary to what is advertised in the app description, it lacks essential features such as ON/OFF and VOLUME CONTROL buttons. Despite multiple updates, I have been waiting in vain for these buttons to magically appear. Each update has only disappointed me further. It is frustrating to see that third-party apps, like those for Roku, are capable of adding these basic features, yet the official app fails to do so. Given that I am not willing to pay for third-party alternatives, I feel that if other developers can implement these features, the official app should be able to do the same. The lack of these basic functionalities significantly diminishes the value of the app and my overall user experience. I am seriously considering switching to a different service that can provide a more comprehensive and user-friendly app. This app needs to step up its game and meet the basic expectations of its users.

Frustrating App
I use this a lot at night for private listening so I don't disturb the household. It will randomly time out causing me to reconnect yet AGAIN. Why does this happen? Every update that this app has gone through does not fix this issue. And NO, it's not my internet nor is it user error. So frustrating!

Lost favorite channels
Have loved Roku for years but got a new tv and when I put my stick in I have lost all my favorite channels. Reset with no luck. Very disappointing

Roku takes a long time to connect to the TV to put what I want so it's not very good no sometimes I'm in a hurry and roku doesn't cooperate let's improve this
