NatWest Rooster Money - Latest Quality Issues

This is awful
I've been adding money to my 3 children's accounts each month for over a year. I've also been adding all birthday and Xmas money given by family. Only to find out nothing has come out of my bank account and it's all virtual. Nothing has left my account and I now owe my children over £800. What the point having a linked account if you aren't actually adding money to an account for your family.

A complete con. I tried to close account as my kids now have proper accounts and thought I had, and assumed standing order would be terminated. RBS/Natwest continued to accept payment from my account despite the fact I had cancelled my subscription and now I can't get the money back without rerenewing my Rooster subscription . I can't speak to anyone there to discuss.

Unnecessarily complicated
I much preferred the Go Henry account we had with our son when he was younger. This makes everything unnecessarily complicated with the parent account, and it's not obvious how you make changes to allowance amount. Only have this as we are NatWest customers - wouldn't bother otherwise
