I deposited to my Roqu account since 18th of march the transfer was successful from my bank. I also send the statement of my account to confirm both till today the money haven't been received yet. why they always say we are working on it always till today. am very disappointed in roqu service now

this app is such a useless app for anything called buying and selling of cryt*... imagine you have a fund you can't withdraw all because the 2fa is not working at all... the code is always wrong even though it has not expired.... SMS otp is not working at all.. I'm highly disappointed

good app with a nice interface, but the only issue I am having with roqqu is not being able to verify account with nin. which is poor. Please offer additional mean for account verification.

Very nice and easy to use, but the direct withdrawal takes time to arrive at times Could have given it a five star rate, if the withdrawal is more efficient and fast like other crypto wallets And also no availability of [phone]p trading

I really regretted using your app, it's a big scam, I sent Bitcoin to my verified wallet and I was unable to get my asset to naira, I was unable to add a bank account. And to worsening it all they deleted my account with my funds, if Ogun no go kill all of una, make you do something ASAP. Be expecting me at uout office.
