Today I deposited into the roqqu app and then I withdraw my coins to another account , roqqu showed for usdt it only sends to usdt BnB bep20 but ever since I withdrew to a valid usdt BnB bep20 account on bybit ,my money has still yet to be credited by roqqu , for almost a whole whopping 9hrs straight .........this is incredibly poor for any exchange or wallet that claims it's worthy of use

Anyone who depends on roqqu will surely be stranded. I made a USDT TRC20 transfer to my roqqu wallet and it is taking forever to reflect. Their live chat agents are not responding even though they claim they respond under 2hrs. This is really disgusting. I have tried to reach out to them via every means that I know but they are just not responding and I need my money. This App doesn't deserve the least rating from me.

I've been using roqqu since 2021 and it has been fine until you guys added the rounding up features when you want to send coin and it has made some of my payments invalid
