Cuando intento realizar la suscripción me aparece un error que dice “Error This Apple ID is already associated with another Rosetta Stone account. Es primera cuenta que creo y también intenté crear otra cuanta y me da el mismo problema. ¿Alguna solución?

Please please please fix the voice recognition
I'm having a horrible time getting through the speech lessons due to the inconsistency issues with the speech recognition. In most cases I'm doing the lesson and the app says it's incorrect but repeat the exact same thing and it's magically correct to the full green circle. I feel like over half my learning time is spent repeating myself and crossing my fingers the app says it's correct. This costs a bit of money and should be worth it but I'm not satisfied at all. Duolingo is getting more of my use at this moment.

Pretty good but…
Sometimes it recognizes my voice wrong, and when I say a word wrong, it still says I got it right. But it doesn't happen too often, so it's very good besides

Speech recognition appalling!
Major issue with speech-recognition on the French course using Airpods on an iPad Pro. It appears to only pick up the sound at a quarter of the volume. Yet weirdly, it plays audio at twice the volume of all other apps - with the exception of 'listen and repeat' when it plays at a low volume. I've tried other bluetooth headsets and even using the built-in iPad microphones, but all give the same poor results. Recognition sometimes improves slightly so long as I pause for a few seconds before speaking in a very loud voice. However, it seems to have particular problems with not being able to pick up certain words; such as 'et', 'dans', 'qui' and 'la'. This is an absolute nightmare in the first of the reading/speaking-back Stories, L'été en Provence when it just comes to a screeching halt (literally) on the word 'et', refusing to go any further no matter how loudly I shout! So sadly, on an iPad, this app is not fit for purpose. I understand that on PCs, there is a microphone sound check/set-up, but there is nothing of this nature on the app.

Decent program
I use this program to learn French primarily and it's great that they still have a option to buy it and not pay a lifetime subscription if you're looking for that it's one of the best options. I have a couple of grievances, though the flow of the lesson is slow wish I could hit speed up button on everything, but I'm sure it's good for really new learners, but I'm primarily using it to increase my vocabulary and grammar. It feels super slow for a more long time language speaker. I frequently have to repeat myself when it's listening to my speaking and evaluating it. It never hears me the first time. It may also be my Quebec accent but I think I noticed that as an issue even before spending time working in the province of Quebec.

Stone Age at Rosetta Stone
3-month subscription on trial, just under 50€. Completely different concept! Unusual, wanted to delete it right away, but then I persevered. Nothing positive came of it, unfortunately. In my opinion, the voice app is completely unsuitable, especially for older smartphones. Partly obscured lines, grotesquely tiny images, very very sluggish, speech recognition poor, support in deep sleep, and the elementary of a voice app, translator! Not available at all! well saved on the subscribers!! However, when you think about the method, one aspect stands out and that may be the reason why the app has some/many positive reviews. For me, however, a very passive teaching method.

Pronunciation
The pronunciation recognition is terrible. The app constantly does not pick up my voice and will just say that I said the word wrong since I “didn't say anything”. The app also does not hear the words correctly as I can tell if I say the word wrong sometimes and the app will give me perfect score as if I said the word correctly. There are other times when I say the word correctly and the app says I say it wrong. The app also always says that my mic is recording bad quality sounds when I know that is not the case because I have a very new phone that is barely a year and a half old and nothing on my phone is broken or messed up.
