The app works pretty well, but there REALLY needs to be an option to add tracking numbers to existing orders, without the need to create a new order.

4.8 Postive Reviews. YEA RIGHT!
There's no way this app has 478,000 positive reviews. Everybody I know that used this app can't stand that the app is never updated with proper times for your packages. It seems as if they update once every few days and not every hour like you should. Packages are moving constantly. I can look at Route and it'll say a package still hasn't shipped yet for three days, and then it will be sitting on my front porch. This is a great idea for an app, but there is a lot of room for improvement, serious improvement. 4.8 stars definitely not real and all bots.

I sent my friend a perishable package and it says it was delivered but he never received it. I looked in the Route app I love the visual they provide showing the package route and where it was delivered....the intersection where the package was delivered did not reflect the street name on shipping the label. The package was delivered at the intersection of Tucker and Market but the shipping label says the street name is Washington. So I'm like I know your SYSTEM says its delivered but it's not.

Useless. Does nothing special. Invades privacy. An app that takes up space for no benefit to me the costomer. Package isn't here yet and I already unistalled it.

Buggy
Keep getting false notifications from this app for a package that doesn't exist. Tried to contact customer support about it, but that option is non existent too. Horrible app.

Orders
The reason is because there's orders and order history I have to off Load my app to get all the orders to show in both places gets to,be Aggravating sorry that's my reason for 3 *** ok Thanks why don't orders load in order history it's aggravating

I had requested a phone call from the driver when he arrived so I could allow the driver to set the large box inside my foyer. I'm a disabled Veteran using a walker. Didn't happen. Called neighbor to get help.

Not good
The shop app it's better that this app. Route is not fast at tracking down the packages it does not give you good update at all I've been having a lot of issues with this app I do not like it at all
