Privacy concerns
I have serious privacy concerns about the Route: Package Tracker app. While I understand it needs access to my emails to identify tracking numbers, I'm worried about the level of access it has—essentially reading every single email in my account. There's no clear transparency on whether it relays personal data without my knowledge, which makes it feel quite invasive. The app's functionality is useful, but the lack of control over what it accesses and how it uses the data is unsettling. It's a bit too creepy for my comfort.

I like the app, makes all your tracking easy. it does require very intrusive permissions to operate.

Questionable order originated
Why do orders show up as purchases through an app I don't even have. ie facebook. I'm not on Facebook so why?

There are "share your feedback!" prompts plastered throughout the entire app. I love when devs listen. Unfortunately, after over a year there have been zero changes other than minor "bug fixes". A little effort could make this app so much better. I'm a consultant for app optimization and submitted my feedback to Route for free, because I saw the potential. They ignored literally everything I suggested.

Good but could be better
Please add the option to add notes to individual tracking orders. Often times the sender doesn't include a description of what the order is and being able to add that note myself would help in tracking when I have several orders.

Order stays on the screen, as if it is still in transit but it has already been delivered days prior

Doesn't update or allow tracking without the app even though it claims it does. Nobody needs an app to track their package. Dumb.

Please let me use browser
Just let me track my package on browser. Every time I try to track my package it directs me to this app. I'm not downloading an app to track one package

Allow the option to name packages
Apps works fine but when you have 15 packages coming in mostly from the same vendor it can get confusing as to what package is arriving when. There should be an option to name packages.
