Nothing loads
The app on the surface is nicely designed, but let down by every single page failing to load. You get stuck in infinite loops of “Oops! Something went wrong, please try again” which stops you from tracking parcels and changing delivery options. I don't know why this app has so many good reviews because in my experience it's not good at all, much like Royal Mail's customer experience in general.

Since updating tried to reapply my delivery options and just get message ‘something went wrong' .. please test before releasing updates

Missing shoes
Ordered a pair of shoes and the box came with no shoes in it and the box was glued back together, absolutely disgusting behaviour from one of your employees, opened a case and trying to get my money back

Why is this app suddenly not anymore compatible with my phone? 😠 What a joke, besides this app was never real propper working. Its a disgrace.

Muted after the second in-app notification
Useful app, mostly handy as a website alternative for mobile devices. Four stars. 4⭐️But… A bit creepy: loose one star. 3⭐️ Why? If someone sends a tracked package *through the post…!* and adds the recipient's email address, the system not only sends the promised tracker number in the email, but it takes it upon itself to hook itself into the recipient's app. No thanks: I would rather change the email I use in my app and read my own emails. Quite needy: lose another star. 2⭐️ Why? I sent a package and got the app pop-up notification that it was being delivered. OK, I hadn't realised I had left notifications enabled, but yeh OK whatever. Then MOMENTS LATER another needy notification begging “We delivered it! How did we do? Rate us! Rate us now!” The vibe here is a pub landlord who has just cleaned the toilets making a beeline for the next customer as they walk out to ask them what they thought of the plumbing and the air freshener. But turning off notifications was easy (well, Apple) so I won't take off another star. Final score: Two and a half stars rounded up (because the air freshener reminded me of Opal Fruits, so ask your grandparents about that).

Every time try to track my parcel I get a message saying unable at this time … that's 3 x over 3 days!

Lush parcel
This parcel was thrown over my side fence - as was a previous parcel containing glass items. It was then left in the rain all day and was a soggy mess when I got home. I had left instructions on the app to leave the parcel on the step and not to throw it over the fence. Not really very happy
