The Promise
I can't get them to load the first chapters on any device, neither mobile nor TV, and I have downloaded the apps and it cuts constantly! My phone company has checked the wifi and it's going well, and I can see other platforms without problem

I love the app, but I know that several contents are now paid and with a monthly subscription system (I think) like most of the current streaming platforms, and that also in Latin America they have not sent the system mentioned above, that is, they have not updated their App to allow us to access the content that is already paid or perhaps it is through their website (which I haven't seen it yet), in any case I had enjoyed its content very much. Thank you.

It has been having problems for days, perhaps they should update it, it sticks at times and you cannot see the content without having to wait for it to load all the time
