It suggested a route in 3 sections and the 2nd section which was a bus was long gone before the tram arrived. Then it was sprinting to reach the last section, but you didn't do that. Then it was 1 hour to wait for the next bus. Yay.

I really don't understand why people normalize poor service on routes 100-110. The drivers are very unaware, when it snows or the ground is slippery they shouldn't run and they see that people are going to take the bus and with very little left they close the bus doors and leave. The route is also not well specified, two buses pass in a row and then we have to wait longer than indicated.

Wrong time, discount reset
Every time there are delays, the times in the app don't match. Plus it's impossible to understand how the discounts work. No overview of how many days are left of the discount, or what it takes for it to increase. Seems very random. Now with the price increase, the discount has disappeared completely.

I'm starting to dislike these bus drivers. I was supposed to take the bus to school today and I saw the bus coming so I ran but it was only at the bus stop for about 5 seconds so now I'm starting to be late more than usual and there's even a lot of snow and ice outside now
