Error in discount
If you buy 1 ticket you get a discount. If you buy 2 individual tickets you get a discount of 1. If you buy 2 tickets in the same transaction you get no discount. Fix it

Never receive the code
Impossible to set up a login since it never sends a code, at least to this US-based cellphone. Many discussions on the Internet about this idiotic bug/failure. OTOH, continuing as guest does work and the rest of the app seems to work well including the walking directions for segments of one's travel.

One of the most expensive public transit systems in the world, yet has any Ruter bus ever come on time?

Widgets have stopped working, it's my most used feature. Strange to remove the old widget when the new one doesn't work either. Only spins when I'm about to select a stop. Otherwise great app.

It was not possible to buy a monthly pass, had to buy a single ticket.

Works fine, but take care if you are a tourist. 1) All tickets bought are becoming IMMEDIATELY active. We first bought double number (for return) and they all expired. 2) Kids can travel for FREE. Only if you have 4+ kids per person you need to buy a ticket. In app that is a bit misleading if you don't know.

Hi! The app is very nice and easy to use, but it would be even better if it were possible to choose how long the ticket could last. I take the bus to school almost every day, it takes five minutes and then I pay 18kr for an hour. I think it is unnecessary to buy a ticket that lasts an hour when it only takes five minutes to get there. What had every chance of a future update; that you can enter which bus stop you are at and which bus stop you are going to, also a ticket is made for approximately how long it takes with a reasonable price. I thought I would let you know since it has bothered me for a long time and because I think it can also help with fewer cases where ticket control finds people without a ticket. Other than that, the app is very nice and easy to use and much better than the first one Hope d[name] understands 😌
