So many reminders that I have to buy priority access or extra luggage, and not a single reminder that I have to be at the airport two hours in advance to avoid paying 55 euros for check-in. It's a shame that the campaign is all about money and the comfort of passengers is disregarded.

No one needs an app where not a single booking works (every time I have to "verify" the booking again, because I supposedly booked through a "third-party provider"). So hands off and book directly online.

HOW TO CHANGE THE LANGUAGE IN THE APPLICATION FROM [GERMAN] TO ENGLISH: SETTINGS !PHONE!> language and region>add English to the languages, but decline the offer to make it the main language>in the list of active languages, pull it up under the main Russian/Ukrainian language>restart тел. PS LACK OF A BUTTON TO SWITCH the language (at least to English) and its automatic selection - this is VERY BAD, sirs DEVELOPERS. or dig into android (!)or feel negative towards the company.

My device (Samsung A5) is no longer compatible with the app... Sorry Ryanair that I don't buy a new phone every year... Your customer orientation is zero. I would give 0 stars if I could. If you have a conscience, buy me a new phone!
