what a joke
Total waste of time and no support. Do search for products and no results just recipes. True on iPhone and iPod running latest OS. Used chat for help. What a waste of time asked me to delete and reinstall which I all ready did.

Just not acceptable
Bad weather outside figure I'll order groceries to be delivered. After 15 minutes of having the app freeze, have difficult navigating because there is absolutely zero organization, and having some items not be available for delivery I had to give up. This app is so poorly made I cannot understand how a company so large cannot hire developers that understand how to make things correctly.

Use caution
The app functions fine, however the app will accept orders for items they do not have in stock My last three orders had cancelations - they will substitute at their discretion, or will simply not bring an item When this happens, you still pay the delivery fee My most recent order had all items but one item canceled - leading to the delivery of $5.79 cinnamon being delivered for $12.83 …I didn't even really want the cinnamon Use caution; this app will accept orders for items they do not have in stock, they will substitute replacements as they see fit, and they may cancel Each of my last three orders suffered this problem - I no longer trust safeway

Great place to do grocery shopping
I've been using the Safeway app for a while now, and overall, it's a great tool for shopping. The digital coupons and personalized deals are super convenient, and I love being able to create a shopping list and see what's on sale. The rewards program is also easy to track through the app, which saves me a lot of time. That said, there are some areas where it could be improved. The navigation can feel a bit clunky at times, and the search feature doesn't always pull up the correct items. Occasionally, the app freezes or logs me out, which can be frustrating when I'm in the middle of shopping. Still, it's a handy app that makes grocery shopping more efficient. With a few updates, it could easily be a five-star experience!

All my points gone.
I've checked the date in which the points expired, end of the month. I called customer support, they said they'd restore the points. Nothing. I've asked if they can remove my phone number (because I believe someone is using it at the pump), they can't do anything about it. Really?
