Why isn't your search working? I've tried both in the app and on the website to do searches for simple things. I search for soup and I get canned fruit and canned beans? I tried doing a general search for something and nothing comes up for many, many different products?

most of the time it works very well. they're was a time last year where I was charged amounts for no reason, but it seems that's been fixed. EBT purchases shouldn't have cash taken from a backup payment.

This app is horrible. The designers and their supervisors clearly don't use it. It's frustrating to open- frequently demanding that I update my location or store when I open it. It won't accept my address in the profile because Safeway doesn't deliver there. And more. I just use my phone number at checkout. When it works, how far do you have to drill in to find your QR code? It's not worth the effort to use.

If you live in an area where there are both Safeway and Albertsons good luck using the app to clip coupons. Can't get out of the loop of choosing what store and then your shopping method is. Very frustrating

At some point they broke the app and it won't even let you log in anymore. It's a known bug that the still haven't fixed after months. Worthless since you can't open it.
