This app is insane it keeps saying Oops! Something went wrong. Are they even fixing it??

Upon logging in there is a spinning orange circle where the scheduled order should show up, as well as the top right corner. Cannot access my order? Cannot search for products either - spinning orange circle. App also won't let me log this... Says "we're having some trouble right now... Please try later"

Ok but there needs to be some user experience improvements

I've recently moved to Sainsbury's online shopping for a change. I like how checking out is simple and quick. It makes updating the shopping nice and easy. That's about the only feature I like though. It would be great to see an order status, I.e. how far away the driver is (Tesco has this and it's very helpful). Also, when I open the app and start searching for something and wish to add it to an existing order, it doesn't allow you to do it. You need to open an order first. Not major but in terms of user experience, it would just make things a bit simpler. Also contacting support from the app is not possible. You need to leave the app to do that.

Great when it works. However, it frequently just "hangs" and refuses to open. I have reported this a number of times but nothing changes. It's becoming very annoying as I then have to use the website when I would much prefer to use the app.

Cannot book a delivery slot, every time says Unspecified error has occured. After half an hour of fighting and trying to report the issue within the app (you really should have this option), I gave up and left for competitors with a better app.

Keeps unlinking from the Nectar app, and can be unpredictable. Have never had a response to feedback or emails. Tesco app miles better.

The app worked perfectly six months ago. They have since "iimproved" things beyond all recognition and now I struggle to open the app or even come close to placing an order! Maybe it's time to switch supermarkets!
