What a giant mess

I thought the desktop version was hot mess and this app is even worse. Everything is all over the place and difficult to navigate. You click one tab looking for one thing, and then you get something that has nothing to do with what you were trying to find. It's almost impossible to find anything that you're looking for on this. This app is absolutely useless and I'm so disappointed that I am forced to use salesforce in general.

A lot of money for little performance. I have the problem that the app always crashes when adding pictures and videos. I have the same problem with 2 phones and I think it's just poorly developed. No solution in sight.

Absolutely horrific navigation and glitch as can be. Crashes constantly and argues with its own permissions and coding. Nothing but frustration and stress when using this app. Have use it for multiple jobs and it has always been absolute trash
