Unauthorised charges
I clicked on a mini game within Evony and was instantly charged, no warning no authorisation. There were aspects to the game that were fun but it is impossible to play for free when any icon within the game can charge you.

The worst ads
Lies. All lies. I've never played this game but I know. I JUST KNOW, the ads are lies. They keep crashing my other games, the ads (clarification). Stop making games if you can't even program an ad right. Like… how do you even manage? Real. How? My games keep crashing due to your ads and honestly that's why this review exists. Regards, [name]

Does not answer ticket for racist players
I have logged at least 10 ticket against a player that has made racist statements against peoples origin; nothing had happened.

Customer Service beyond terrible
Long delays, they do not address the issue. They will close tickets while you are waiting on an update from them and reply with a reason totally unrelated to the original issue. I wish I could give negative stars.
