Decent game, but absolutely the worst customer support. Tickets are ignored, tickets are closed without resolution. When customer support does respond they ask a question and do not follow up after you respond. For the same issues, I have submitted multiple tickets with screenshots of all previous tickets and the issues are never addressed. They also do not properly address issues with players violating their own TOS and allow players to create a toxic gaming environment negatively impacting 100s of other players.
