Beware of security issues
The Sams Club app is now forcing you to connect to the clubs wifi to work. What they are really doing is exploiting your phones wifi connection to gain more of your private information.

Pick up only
I use this a lot because I work a lot. At Walmart they have it perfected but here it's something with their system it's never ready ontime and always has takes so much time picking it up.

In-store phenominal. With exception of Scan and Go Cafe items and using app to order. They NEVER have items avail on the app that clearly are in person. Shipping option of the app is not so phenomenal either. Although I get my orders, eventually, the app generally doesn't sync well with Fed Ex actual date of delivery. The delivery dates are always late compared to app.

The steps to go from one option to another are unclear because Sam's Club pushes the Plus upgrade too hard. I do believe it can be worthwhile. But, let your customers truly choose to select Plus, rather than force feeding.
