App was phenomenal, but after the recent update it's completely unusable and keeps crashing as soon as you open it. This has been happening for a few days now based on the reviews. I would have expected much faster resolution from a 5 star brand that relies heavily on this app for their on property experience.

Updated, now it just crashes immediately after signing in. Reinstalled, restarted phone, doesn't work.

Good at first, we are literally at sandals as I write this, it worked the first couple of days we were here. Now it continually crashes, after so many reinstalls I've lost count, can't even open it.

App will not open some glitch. It worked just fine until about a week ago, now it will not open. I have un-installed and reinstalled. No fix. Please help

Book looking forward to making our one dinner reservation 14 days before arrival. have tried every day at almost 2 hour intervals and it just doesn't work! hope the holiday starts better on arrival at the resort
