I wish I can get my money back for this bc it's not a very trustworthy app. The soldiers do not get the mail the next day or even 2 days for that matter. I sent this off to my son on Sunday or Monday it said the letter should reach him the next day and he still hasn't gotten it yet!! 😒 I'm so disappointed that we are taken advantage of. You all know full well family is in distress and concerned about their loved ones and just want to hear from them vice versa and yall take full advantage of.

A little late
Today is February 24-2025 We received 4 letters today from early December 2024 A little late (lol) Not quite what we paid for. We did receive letters from when he was in boot but since then my son had been home and now back at another base He did ask us if we received those other letters but have since forgotten about them It would have been nice to receive them before last Xmas. I seriously doubt anyone is going to make this right. So you'll have to decide for yourselves what to do.

Total Ripoff - Just Buy Stamps Instead
I wanted to use Sandboxx to stay in touch with my military family member, but this app is a complete ripoff. They charge ridiculous prices for something that should be simple and affordable. A book of stamps costs $24 and does more for a service member than this overpriced app ever could. Writing letters is already an emotional and important part of staying connected, and Sandboxx preys on families who just want to support their loved ones. Save your money and just mail letters the traditional way—it's cheaper, more personal, and means more to those serving. Also to add to this, your service member may not have access to phones or email while training. Don't waste your money.

Write letters in the time slot to have them delivered within 24 hrs. So far I've written on the 21st, 23th & today 25th. My recruit has received zero. It took my son in laws letter 3 days for her to receive. Not worth the expense! Would be much cheaper & faster to write & mail yourself.

It's too expensive and it takes days, not a day or two but days for letters to be delivered. Don't be lazy. Write a letter put it in stamped envelope and mail it. It will get there faster and your loved one will appreciate seeing real handwriting. This is a joke! Whoever thought this one up should be ashamed of themselves. I am inundated with ads from this app 24/7 I finally silenced the notifications, but I still get ads wanting me to waste more money on this. It must be awful to be that greedy
