It’s not the best…
I want to write a letter to some military person but I need to know them specifically like their first and last name AND it costs money to send a letter..It's upsetting that you need to pay to give letters to soldiers…I just want someone to feel appreciated for their work…If you didn't need to pay or need to know them to send a letter I would be sending loads of letters to soldiers from any branch…

My second letter has said sent for 4 days, was supposed to be an overnight. I even paid extra for extra pictures and it isn't showing delivered. So the next day thing isn't guaranteed. Tried to reach costumer service and can't, I get the constant loading circle to send a message or ask a question. Don't recommend spending the extra money to send a letter when you could just use regular mail for much cheaper and actually get it there!

Horrible
I have sent two letters in my recruit has not received them. It takes about five days. It does not receive overnight. There is no way to make contact with Sandboxx. You are better writing and mailing it by US POSTOFFICE.

Wasted my money
Even with the correct name and address they sent my letters back to me. I paid for extra things for my soldier and everything I sent her got returned to my address.

Worked for two weeks, then stopped uploading photos. Customer service said the issue is with the system not communicating with Android phones. If I had Apple, it would probably be the same script. Sad to say, I have to find another way to keep my spouse motivated through BMT. It is not recommended and very expensive. Send your own mail and photos via post office it's more reliable.

Disappointing & frustrating, I sent a letter to my Recruit on Nov 8th during his first week, and it was scheduled to be delivered on the 12th. Status showed printed on the 9th and in transit on the 11th. Now it's the14th and the status is back to printed. I wonder if the mon-thurs overnight letters made it already. So much for being early to show my son support. He's probably wondering why he hasn't received mail from his dad yet.

only downfall is there's no where to put a roster number which sargents say to tell family to make sure that's on the envelope. so far all letters have been received though
