Latest update seems to have broken the payments function
I've just updated the app to the latest version and made a payment. The payment went through fine, but on the confirmation screen neither the "make another payment" nor "back to accounts" buttons worked and there was no way to exit that confirmation screen other than to close the app entirely. The app loading and login screens are still janky, flashing through a background image, a transparent overlay, and a plain white background in quick succession. The actual banking functionality seems fine, but the app design and user experience do not meet expectations for a competent, modern bank. This app is also taking up twice the file storage space of the much better app by my other bank.

Whenever I go into app on my phone I get a message that basically tells me the sites unsafe. I went into my branch many weeks ago and closed saving account as nothing in it and not used for a long time but it is still showing on my online banking . Put in security code and often says something went wrong for security reasons need to be logged out and log back in . Had fast reply. Did as suggested found out lady at branch hadn't closed the account hopefully now done. Thankyou

The apps deposit a check is seemingly harder to use as it's not scanning the front of check in first place. Youngsters can't do it how will elderly and disabled who have hand balance issues.. It's the same with Natwest app. Also many elders tell their parents to help with login in app and in a bank that is not allowed. App should cater for users in more of a simpler UI or language

Absolute rubbish cannot update not enough space on my phone . Will have to close down my account and move everything to nationwide.now I have lost my Facebook app . installing unbelievable .

The app constantly crashes. Has done for months. Going to have to change my bank because I can't access my money. I don't have this issue with any other banking app. My phone is telling me the app is crashing because it has a bug and the developer needs to provide a fix.

Before you start
We’ll send a One Time Passcode to the mobile number that’s registered to your account. 

Once that’s done, it takes just a few minutes to get started with Mobile Banking. 
1.	Open the app and enter your Online Banking log on details
2.	We’ll send you a One Time Passcode (OTP) by text message
3.	Enter the code into the app to register your device
4.	We’ll ask if you want to set up Touch ID or Face ID to log on 

And that’s it, you’re in. Be sure to allow ‘push notifications’ to get messages from us straight to your phone’s home screen.

Remember …

Never share a One Time Passcode (OTP) with another person. Not even a Santander employee.
Never download software or let anyone log on to your computer or devices remotely following or during a cold call.
Never enter your Online Banking details after clicking on a link in an email or text message.
