First two tries it wouldn't send me an otp, although it did when I signed in on laptop. I'm on my 5th attempt to deposit a check online. First few times it says the background isn't dark enough ((it's dark purple almost black) . The last 2 times it says the amount doesn't match (it does). And now this damn survey is giving me a nonstop spinning wheel.

One main glitch
4/5 times the app doesn't let me sign in and says a message “we could not process your request at this time. We apologize…” not being able to login is a pretty big glaring glitch. I login using my phone browser when this happens but jeez… been like this for at least a year. Finally writing a review about it. Aside from this glaring issue I'd rate the app 4 stars. The Zelle interface can use some touching up and the mobile check deposits sometimes don't work. Otherwise pretty solid. But they gotta fix that sign in glitch. App is useless if I can't log in.

Terrible
Poor maintenance notification and constantly keep asking for me to verify myself. And all I have to do is close and open app again without verifying. An updated is needed to fix these problems

Had to uninstall and reinstall multiple times just to be able to see my transactions and use Zelle after getting a new phone. But it is now working like it used too. Note I Switched from an S22 Ultra to a ZFold 6.

The last software update removed all recent and full transaction list, and now we have to do 2 factor authentication on every login- who thought this was a good idea. So if you login more than once a day, youre inundated with these two factor auths. Poor user experience.

The app was perfectly fine until the last update. Every since the update, I can't even see my last transaction. When I put the password or fingerprint, it wants to send you a one-time pass code every time you login.
