This app slowly stopped working more and more over time. 1st, I got the two factor authentication text to log in, which I often had to send to my phone a couple of times for it to even work. Then, I could only review the total balance as it'd say "no recent transactions." Then I couldn't update any of my personal information in the app. Now, I can't even log in anymore. I just receive a popup saying to adjust my settings.

Just stopped letting me do anything. Can't pay bills. Can't send money. Turned into complete trash after last update. About to uninstall this thing. Hoped they'd fix it after a month, or two. Still nothing.

On line banking
I wish that updates (for)all banking & shopping on line, did not have to continually update their programs. I just get used to using one & then it changes. It's very difficult for the older population ( like me) to see the change & come up with a new password..

Worst experience with a bank I've ever encountered. I got a loan and can't even make extra payments. The way they have it set up online sucks!! I'm no longer with them.

Extremely Fraudulent Practices
This bank “mirrors” checking account transactions. Pending transactions on purchases already processed. Compelling customers to pay double for single transaction. This bank Clones accounts and makes unauthorized transactions without your prior consent. This bank is operating under CHAPTER 11 bankruptcy act. This is a bankrupt bank baiting and switching transactions on creditors
