It's awful, I understand it doesn't work while your VPN is on, but even if I disconnect from it, still can't show me any transitions, can't do transfers, can't even use Zelle... Very disappointment, when it used to work so well.

Decent mobile app
My main two problems with the app are first, when trying to log in way too often you are told it can't happen at this time and you have to try 3-5 times before it lets you in and second, every time I click on “Statements”, I'm given an error that this action cannot be completed at this time. Infuriating. Otherwise, the app is fine to do banking with Santander.

The bank is not a user friendly on- line resource for residential/ retail customers. Accounts aren't FDIC protected. The mobile app is antiquated yet constantly under maintenance. Bill Pay Services are notoriously unreliable, the Bank accepts no accountability when bill payment errors are made or lost. This bank will take money from your account, without warning, to pay an unsubstantiated 3rd party claimant. SANT BANK does *not* protect long-term customers' resources. Avoid this bank.
