The transition from Saphe One to Saphe Drive Pro only gets worse and worse. Your product(s) do not live up to expectations and the quality is so poor and does not live up to the Saphe product that I became acquainted with in the beginning. Unfortunately, I can join the rest of the group, who have experienced problems both with Android but especially on the battery front, it has gone completely wrong. In short: It's a bummer.

My experience is actually, bad reading about the new update. Sounds more like it's your problem than it is the customers/users. I will at least wait to update for now. Regards, Rene Christiansen. 🤔

Have been very happy with my Saphe Pro... until about 14 days ago... The first few days I was lucky if it would contact the phone. or rather, whether the app would contact the device itself. And now, yes now the app simply can't see the device and neither can my old One+ device... and that is after your update of the software! Please fix bugs in software asap! We pay for your product!!

We have 2 devices, one Saphe Mini and my husband has the Premium. In the beginning, everything worked great, but recently the devices do not connect automatically. You first have to access the Saphe Link app and then they connect. Then I made the experience that he didn't show me 2 mobile speed cameras at all last time, although the car with the speed camera had been there for a few hours. You pay 30€ a year for the premium version, but it doesn't really work.

So far it has been running well, but for about 2 months it has not connected automatically. If the app has to be called up on the screen, it runs, but the connection is also interrupted more often, so it has become worthless. Will probably switch to Ooono2, my son has and super satisfied with it.

After your update, you cannot see your mobile's top bar under the map (Clock, notifications, mobile connection, battery level). Hope you get it fixed. Otherwise a decent app.
