I liked the game but I don't get new puzzles. I have to keep playing the same puzzles. I'm about ready to delete this game.

good game until you get to Food Kingdom. then you get screen freezes, chucked out of the game and cannot get any further. I have tried this game on two different tablets and my phone with the same results. The coin prizes don't always pay out the reward chests do the same thing and some of the ads throw you into Google play and don't allow you to go back to the game unless you reload it which means losing the reward. support is a joke as they don't respond.

lost my purchases of no ads. I've looked everywhere for support, but I'm getting nowhere. The chat in game is broken. the bot is broken and I can't find a contact

I really like this game and have put many hours into however there's been multiple occasions where my progress has been completely erased and I've had no luck getting in contact with customer support so I've had to start over from scratch. It's very disappointing considering I'd unlocked a few of the premium maps. I'd love to have my progress reinstated but I have no idea if that will happen.
