Kind of blows my mind that all these customers who didn't receive their products get sort of the same reply from the developers of this company. A fake sorry to hear about your situation offering the same solutions & not actually refunding their money back. Actually telling them to reach out to support but support almost never replies back. That's definitely not cool. Thankfully these reviews prevent me from falling for what sounds like a scam subscription. I will never buy from this company. Neither should you.

I personally believe their products are not genuine. Their customer service is horrible and they even lie right to your face and have many misleading things to try to get you to spend more money. I would not recommend this under any circumstance. Furthermore, I complained about their fraudulent activity lying to me about if I didn't cancel my subscription they would send me a free product with my next order. They never sent this free product and after I complained, they locked me out of the application now each time I login it says I have to prove I am a real person, but it just keeps repeating the process over and over and doesn't let me get into the app because they probably don't want me to say anything else negative or write any bad reviews. I've personally had a horrible experience with this company more than one time the first time I thought you know what maybe I will give them a second chance, but it can't even worse when I tried back again several months later I recommend that you never give this company a chance. Complete scam and the fragrances weren't even that great especially for the price especially since you didn't get any original bottles, especially since it seemed like they were watered down. So sick and tired of all the scams in this world. Hopefully someone sees this and saves themselves some money and stress. Also look me up on my socials for conspiracy theories and the truth about stuff like this. [handle]

I bought the basic subscription on the deal for 9 dollars and purchased a fragrance that ended up being an extra 15 dollars which I didn't even know until I added it to queue figured why not but then they charged me the amounts for 21.47, 21.08. 9.87

The app is fine.. I guess.. but its absolutely required if you ever want to delete your account or stop a subscription. Even then, your "request deletion" button seems "coincidentally" extremely faulty and an inconvenience to access.

Alert! They make it very hard to cancel the subscription. A lot of steps you need to take to cancel.
