New update zelle not working
I loved this app and credit union. But the new update has resulted in Zelle now working at all. Anytime I try and use Zelle the app crashes. Does not happen when I log into my account using my sisters app on her phone who hasn't updated the app. Please fix this as it's really impacting my ability to use my money.

Change sign-on method
I access Schools 1st frequently from my iPhone. I must enter a password every time. I do not memorize my passwords, making signing on difficult because I must go elsewhere to get password. StOP your sign-on method, and start to using a simple PIN number of 4 digits! Your competitors do that!

When I open the app and try to Zelle someone, it looks like it's loading but it automatically kicks me out and I have to log it again.

Zelle Verification Closes App
I keep trying to send money through Zelle but it asks for verification through phone or email. I have tried both but every time I enter the code, the app closes. So I can't send money from the app. This needs to be fixed immediately!!!

Zelle broken
March 2025 update: there is No way to use Zelle currently because SFCU relies on its app as the only way to do Zelle transfers.
