Bugs
The app has had bugs in the mobile deposit function for years. Sometimes after you take pictures of the check they delete and you have to start over. Sometimes if you take the picture before entering the amount you will be unable to proceed even though those two things are on the same screen and should be able to be filled in any order.

Difficult to make payments and transfers

Bad customer service
After being notified my information had been compromised. I requested a new card and attempted to pay my bill in full. After reaching customer service and settlement on the amount due. Immediately I paid the amount in full. On the following statement. I was subsequently charged the amount that was fraudulently applied. Supervisors took money from my savings account and never removed it from my balance. I'm currently in disagreement with amount taken. According to the supervisors they say employees will be retrained but they are not responsible for their negligence. I feel ripped off and will most likely remove my accounts if they don't correct the mistakes made by their employees. I've been a long standing member with several accounts. I'm concerned and hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Good, but…
I do love the features of this app. However the CU's tech, in general, is a bit outdated. They don't connect well with third party budgeting apps, making it very difficult to manage my budget outside of their app. Their app does have categories for transactions but the budgeting features are very rudimentary and outdated (as is their suggestion that I use Quicken for my budget - what is this 1995?).

Delayed my transfer via Transfer Wise for a couple days
It usually takes a few minutes to transfer money before but nowadays it could take a couple days!

Poor search tool.
The transaction search tool failed to find what I was looking for even though I entered accurate parameters.

good app. some annoyances, such as, sending money to a person from your payee list doesn't have the option to make the payment reoccurring.

I miss the ability to modify a payment once it has been submitted, but not yet sent.
