I never received my notifications to enter into my banking site. I have to keep resetting and even then it will only work randomly. It is a terrible app

So far having no luck with the new app. I went on the previous app nearly every single day, so know what my info is yet this app continuously tells me they cannot complete my request when logging in. Certainly makes it more difficult. Edit 12/20/2024 : Somehow, this app has gotten significantly worse. Your accounts will always be unavailable for "maintenence", and nothing ever seems to be fixed. They still rarely work even when "maintence" isn't ongoing. Love this bank, hate their app.

You sent my new visa card by mail knowing full well there is a postal strike so I've been unable to use it for Christmas. The card I had to get because you refuse to give me information...that you have...to cancel a fraudulent charge on my card! Very poor customer service.
