Worst app ever, have tried numerous times between phone and tablet, not compatable??? Havent had issues with other banks apps. Well then Scotia bank buy me a new phone! since received new replacement debit card due to expiry have had nothing but issues, I have to call help line all the time!

Depositing cheques stopped working... When it takes the picture it closes the session... Actually I figured out what happened, if there's any other camera app open, like for example Instagram's, the behaviour I described earlier happens... I haven't had issues other than that, I think it's a good app overall...

Got scammed money from account
Nothing still not done I'm paying interest on this 3700.00 I didn't do times are tough with getting taxed to death with our government now I'm a good customer always paid up on my Scotia line I'm checking with my other bank so might be closing all accounts here with Scotia if nothing is soon done

Recent update broke something. Logging into the app is impossible. You'd think the company that maintains an app for a major bank would be trying to fix the situation but it sure doesn't seem like it. The app has been basically non functional all month
