much harder to navigate than the web site

Latest update made it unusable, used to use this daily. Now it is slow, it takes over a minute to load on good fibre wifi or on 5g, it's just so slow I literally can't waste my life waiting for it to load. Had to start using Toolstation for everything which is a shame because I used to use Screwfix for most things due to the collection button saving time. Shame the devs cocked it up and made it totally unusable really but there you are.

Freezes constantly/error connecting
Love Screwfix also a trade member but this app doesn't work at all for me on both phones I have the IPHONE 11 for work and 15 for personal can someone please find a solution?

Doesn't work, freezes, uni stalled and Installed now I can't even login as the app remains frozen. Needs serious testing...

Have been using this for years. Now it has suddenlt stopped working and says my phone is not compatible. Pity it used to be great.

Unfortunately, as many others have reported, the app has simply stopped working on my device due to "Incompatibility". This also means I've lost access to a £15 voucher from the February promo. Shame for Screwfix, as I was planning on spending some money, but will now look elsewhere.

App stopped working for android 9 and below. For many years, I have been using this app for buying stuff from Screwfix and now I can't because my phone is on android 9. Now I can use only Toolstation app. So thanks for upgrading this app...!
