Horrible. I love how companies take advantage of people when they're already going through some stuff.For instance, if your loved one gets transferred to a different facility, you cannot transfer the stamps you purchased to the new facility. So people on budgets, who still try to show support to their loved ones, get stuck with stamps they cannot use. So I have 15 stamps that I can't use but have to purchase more for the new facility?! Why not just kick someone who's already down? Wait you do

Never had an app tripping like this one, their website too. Half of the time you cant text your loved ones, it always says technical difficulties. They more than willing though to take a ton of money from you. Fix your issues finally!!!

It won't let me log in saying I have entered the wrong email and password. I have reset my password a dozen times, even created a whole separate account with another email and I am still having the same issue. The app and website are both doing it. The support is a joke as well.
