I can't receive calls to my new number, video visits are non existent. I'm paying for(no refund and no credit) visits where both of us are waiting the entire visit for the other person to join. If you don't have a certain amount on your prepaid phone account, your number gets blocked, sending the call to voicemail in which you get charged .22 give or take for the call. In short, in Idaho, all you can do is put money on their account. Might as well stock up on postage stamps envelopes pens paper

Good connection with loved one’s.
This is a good app to stay in touch with loved ones. However the app never notifies you when you have a messages, if possible I think this would make the app 100% better.

The "update" no longer works on Android. Crashes every single time video tries to connect. App won't work on my brand new computer because somehow my webcam is too "outdated" for the Securus app to function. I HATE Homewav but it works, unlike Securus.

I created an debit account put 20$ on there ended up not using it closed the account like it said to do and requested my money back and never heard nothing back!!!!!

I set up the securus app I ordered 50 stamps For $12 and then went to email message my wife and Harris county had put a had a block no communications securus works with Harris county and I know that block was there so why did they sell me 50s I have yet to try to get my money back I attempted for about 30 minutes one night
