I've being using this app for over 2yrs but lately it's practices have become questionable. why should there be different rates for different users? The rates given me, my daughter, brother and his wife are all different! Shouldn't the rates be uniform! They couldn't even justify this when I contacted them! Shady!

Terrible shipping service

For the first time I tried to send a shipment to Mexico, however it was not reflected in my account, they asked me for photos of the recipient's ID and even so it was not reflected, there are many secure applications, but this one leaves a lot to be desired, they do not provide you with information or help at the moment, you have to wait 24 hours for them to check it, I don't recommend this app, if at the end of the day it's better to go to a shipping house than to use this app
