Inconsistent without explanation

Recently downloaded this app based on others recommendations. The app has worked several times, but not according to the limits listed. Only small amounts once a day etc. And if you ask for customer support help, prepared to wait and get unhelpful responses. Bottom line, does not work as advertised. I'll find a more reliable way to transfer funds.

Before I gave this app any of my biometric data I figured I would read the reviews. There were way too many 1 star reviews for February 2025. Plus I am not giving you id and video just to send money. You don't need that information. My payment information and address should be enough. None of the other remit services are asking that and you are only requiring US Citizens to do this part. Why would I use this app. I won't as soon as I post this I am deleting my account and the application.

Terrible app, i suggest Remitly or LemFi they are alot better, i recommendee 15 people to use the app and i stole 40 euros of my reward, i contact the support they say they will open a ticket and contact me in a 24-48 hours and nobody does. They steal your credit, they have a terrible support at least one hour to speak to an agent and when you ask him alot of questions he disconnect and you have to wait another hour. If i could give 0 stars i would have. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

1) After sending payments to my recipient in Brazil for months, you've now started requiring a Mobile Phone but you don't accept WhatsApp which 90+% of people in Brazil use ... Trying to reach your support is a joke. Leave us on hold for 30 minutes on both call & chat & then you disconnect us. 2)VYou also cancelled my transfer today when I WAS able to find a phone number that worked - I didn't cancel it, YOU did and you didn't even tell me why you did. 3) Is impossible to use in Brazil
