Nothing ever works
You can never redeem a gift card- forget about that. During sales everything either is out of stock or can't be processed. Greedy companies marking things as out of stock during sales is disgusting. I've stayed for a few brands but now I'm definitely switching over to ulta for good. Bye!

Sephora is one of many companies that donated to TFG's political campaigns. I have closed my accounts and uninstalled this app. You've lost a long-time customer. FYI, Ulta did not make any such donations.

I love Sephora. But the app is complete trash. Don't waste your time, just go to the website. Let me explain, Sephora is a huge company with so much money that could completely fix their app. The app will not let me even look at my cart because of the glitches. Every time I click on a collection or my cart or a sale, it says error. The ONLY time it has worked for me is when I click on specific products, but it doesn't work to search for them either. Error, ErRoR, ERROR!! Sephora's app is just one huge error. As you will see in other reviews, everyone agrees. I would also like to take into account that it is NOT COMPATIBLE with iPads, it makes the app the size of a phone screen, which I think is obnoxious seeing as they 100% have the money to fix all of these things. I can't see product pictures at all. I have uninstalled, restarted, and reinstalled many times with no change. Otherwise, the app is fine.
