Borderline unusable after most recent update. It will not bring up the keypad when I need to type in information (eg the amount of money I want to put in, my credit card code, etc) so I cannot put money into my Travel Wallet. Forced to use the SEPTA Key website on my browser (which works but why is this an issue?). Please fix!

Awful User Experience
Awful app development. No integration with iOS features, including notably password manager. All account creation fields lack correct coding so shortcuts don't work. Annoying Captcha. No integration for saved credit cards. It's like the developers asked themselves, how awful can we make this experience for users?

The most recent update ensures one can't log in and manage their Septa Key. The input forms are broken.

since the update, it's broken on Android. The input boxes for username and password are nonfunctional...keyboard won't appear and voice to txt doesn't work either. I can't log in to purchase tickets.

Good info/bad login
I attempted to create an account… twice. Everything seems fine, until you get the notice that your attempt failed. Then… success — all you have to do is wait for the code to be emailed. Except it's never emailed and the app won't accept your login. Long story short, just use it for schedules.

No way to edit or delete transaction after it takes place. App will often say a purchase failed but if you buy another ticket you'll see both transactions went through and then have to deal with customer service for an hour just to get a $2 refund. Terrible app.
