Hiding the fact they’re late
Please bring back what time the train is scheduled to arrive and how late it is. Trying to mask how every train is late by only providing your arrival estimate (which is rarely accurate) is needlessly confusing just for some vain attempt to cover SEPTAs ineptitude.

Clearly no QA testing was done on latest release
This latest release is absolute garbage. How this passed any QA testing is baffling. Sure it looks nice but the basic functions of the app don't work.

Getting there but needs more tweaks
Almost there. Add the delay time back in there. The departure time should be labeled as estimated as delay times change (sometimes earlier).

Style over function
The animation when you first open the app is too long. ETAs take a while to load, if they load at all. I'm glad they added background refresh, but the fact that it wasn't included at launch speaks to a misunderstanding of its user base. It's clear that they prioritized slick animation and interface design over actual utility.

Doesn’t work as advertised.
Unable to login to keycard to add funds. Inaccurate ETA's for trolleys. Sends similar alert messages excessively

Used to be good. New update is practically unusable
Terrible update. Makes the “live time” the biggest font now instead of the scheduled time, which isn't always accurate. Missed a few trains bc of this- didn't see the tiny actual schedule time under the large bold “live time” that wasn't factual (ex. Scheduled for 12:00 in small print but large live time will say “12:13”. You think the schedule time is 12:13 and you have an extra 13 mins to get to the station and then realize your train left and the live update was just lagging). New update doesn't show most of the trains actually leaving, too. No longer has an “arrive by” feature, only “leave by” (and even then it doesn't show any trains within your leave by time WHEN THERE ARE TRAINS TO TAKE). Old software wasn't perfect, but I could at least plan a trip a week in advance in less than 2 mins. Now? Just took me 10 mins and I ended up rage quitting to just use google maps instead and hope it's as accurate as septa itself would be bc this junky new update won't show me ANY trains before 10 am. I take these routes quite often. I know there are trains running starting at 5 am?? Seriously, I thought it might just be some bugs with the dramatic change that would sort themselves out soon, but it's been a while with no improvement. Whoever decided to change this app should be fired.

Can no longer see buses on the map
I can no longer track buses on the map with this new update. That was the only way I was able to tell if a bus was actually going to come. With this new update, I have to rely on the time they give and many times, the bus doesn't actually come. Even when the time given is green indicating a bus is being tracked. I'm tired of waiting for a bus that doesn't come. I'm tired of being late because of Septa's inadequacies.

New app hardly works and useless
- Old SEPTA app was more reliable. New app takes several minutes to load any information, if at all. - Alerts are inconsistent. -Train delays are also inaccurately listed most of the time and hiding how late a train actually is!
