So I have had my account blocked by there customer service. In which the company responded with contacting support. I have now been three hours of doing circles between the support divisions. And still haven't spoken with a single person that can help. I have actually been, and am currently still on hold. I would not let my enemies use this service.

Horrible
Did a ach transfer and it has not been released yet don't use this card for anything I did the transfer on the 19th of Wednesday here it is Wednesday and nothing !!! I have called numerous of times and no one has helped

SCAM
Do not use these cards they are a scam. First it says you can use it immediately after activating. You can't! Then you go and try to make a payment using automatic withdrawal. Then you are told well the merchant does not have security clearance. When you call customer service you can not truly understand the person. Update! Their automated response is completely trash. They provide a number already accessible to customers. The only thing the they tell you is the merchant doesn't have clearance. Like what does that even mean. Still haven't been able to use the card that I was originally provided with. Now I have to wait for a brand new card which they claim is on the way. These guys are a scam. Do not use! 2/25/25 I was Finally able to get my money from this god awful company! Good riddance!

Trying do cash out on walmart by RIA ( they said everything is ok) trying to call customer services all 4 numbers and nothing only machine operators. It sais is unable to complete transaction. My address is correct , i have funds , all my transactions are completed ... still nothing

Got a serve card from Jackson Hewitt.The irs agent said my refund was released and should be on my card but it's still not on there.Theres absolutely no way to get a hold of customer service
