Please be very careful with them. I connected my bank account to add money to my card. When my card didn't have enough money on it to pay a bill they TOOK the money from my account and then said I authorized it I DIDN'T. And they were not interested in making it right. So PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THEM!!!!!!!!

This whole Serve thing app and card is a scam. IM WARNING EVERYBODY what they do. When you go to register your card and hit the submit button. It will come back saying your information was denied. They do that so the only way to use the card by online purchases or store purchase and cannot withdraw money. The package is completely misleading and j didn't know that a company be scandalous. I had triple checked my registration and did not make any mistakes. This is so you have to buy another card

SCAM
Do not use these cards they are a scam. First it says you can use it immediately after activating. You can't! Then you go and try to make a payment using automatic withdrawal. Then you are told well the merchant does not have security clearance. When you call customer service you can not truly understand the person.

Why would you remove the subaccount for what reason? It make no sense. It was the most idiotic thing ever. Even for a business wise. How people suppose to put money on the side if you are not letting them. What so ever? The most stupid deciusion ever. Do you ever think? Just ask the customers? Let them vote on it. Apparently? Not if you think this was a bright idea.

The app (and the website) have not been working since implementing the Captcha feature. I can't log into either places, even with my fingerprint ID. I select the correct captcha images and it says "this is awkward, we're experiencing technical difficulties" and to try again later, well that's been over a week now! Please fix!!!!!!!!!!

Failure to launch
First of this app is a complete joke. It doesn't respond to our requests. Claims to be able to talk to customer service but the number is just an operator /automated response system who can't even help . She just repeats what you all ready know. Very frustrating nor to be able to access your money the way you want to or freely . Please report to BBB . Cause art is point it's giving fraud.

don't like the card they send does not have a chip so can't use ATM and make it so hard to move money to another card or bank
