Purchases removed
Made in app purchases a few years ago, tried to look again and they have all been locked behind the new subscription model. Might be acceptable for some, but no for me

Good but
Although I chose the muscle building workout this app only provides a 7 minute morning workout routine which is not enough. And focusing on a part of your body for a day it just doesn't feel right. So i have to still follow my own workout routine for the night workout sessions.

Very good app
Seven is a great app however I find that when you want to create a workout, there are not enough free movements (you have to pay to do something other than the basic stuff) but otherwise I like the duel mode which motivates! Thank you

It greatly influences training
Great app! Only the trainer in Portuguese who, in some training sessions, keeps saying the name of the wrong exercise. But other than that I didn't find any major flaws.

Very good exercises
The exercises are very good, but what is annoying is that the exercises could be displayed for longer on the Apple Watch and that there are more free exercises and not that you only have the full set of exercises in the pro version.

I bought a membership. It runs until September 25, 2025. But so that I don't miss the subscription, I have now canceled it. As a courtesy, I was immediately removed from the subscription and I no longer receive any benefits.

The app is pretty good and useful, but the fact that I can't finish a train, or even set up my own train because it's crashing all the time, it makes me think to uninstall. And more! It's crashing not only in the phone, but in the Samsung watch as well.
