Almost great
This app is awesome on many levels, but the use anywhere version that I pay monthly for misses the mark when it comes to the perks. Sezzle spend should accumulate and not disappear every month. And the “$30.00 monthly bonus” gift is so out of line with what they offer that you never end up using it. They have your shopping info and track your favorite stores yet never seem to give you offers based on what you would actually buy.

They are theives. They save your card and the app does not allow you to remove it. I was charged fees from them sometimes multiple a day until my bank turned off my debit card and changed check acct number. I was charged more than I even purchased from them these charges they charged my bank acct weren't being credit to my balance They are chsrhing random amounts daily Yet my balance with them isn't reflecting this only goes my regular payment. I filed a complaint bank, BBB, PA Attorney General

It's not really a good t my opinion. As a first-time user, I had my first payment yesterday, and I was informed that my payment was late when it wasn't. Apparently the way Sezzle is set up, if the payment system attempts to take the payment and is unsuccessful for whatever reason, in my case my debit card was locked at the time which is a safety feature of my bank with new accounts, and I wasn't aware of this at the time because I was asleep, Sezzle considers that as being late, which is BS!

Yes they help spread out payment. Have a failed payment and correct it they drop your spend limit.

I am very disappointed in the app I made two orders which I pay in time and completely and instead of raising my limit amount I go down to the smallest. Delete the app I don't owe them anything. Very disappointed

Don’t bother
Had Sezzle for a long time (years) and never had a problem. I loved the virtual card and spend anywhere features. I was even paying for the premium. As I was going to make a purchase it asked me to verify my social security number. Didn't make sense because I was a long time consumer but nonetheless I entered. I kept getting the same response as I can't be verified. Emailed and called customer service with no help whatsoever. Customer service was difficult to understand. I don't think native English speakers so dialect is thick in most cases. She told me sometimes it does this just delete the app and try again. Deleted the app and still same result. She then said it was something with credit bureau but I called all 3 and there were no locks or freezes in place. Now after years of patronage I can no longer use the service. Never had an identity issue with Afterpay or Klarna. I just liked the features of Sezzle better but now I have no choice. Oh I'm not the only one with this problem. Just google Sezzle unable to verify social. Tons of articles and TikTok's to keep you entertained

There are way too many fees, and they're very punishing when you miss one on-time payment. It's not worth the subscription. I'm moving on to Klarna or Affirm as they are more upfront about the fees.
