The app is great for people who know how to navigate technology, a lot of people struggle with it because it's not user friendly. Plus, it crashes a lot. That's why I don't use it as often as I'd like.

I chose ‘no substitutions'. You offer it so why ask me about substitutions? Either follow the choice or don't offer it! Would also like the ability to remove items from the buy again list.

decent app. sometimes inconveniently logs me out at random, which seems to happen mostly at the store, where my cell service is spotty, which makes it difficult to log back in

i am a visually impaired disable individual who depends on on-line grocery services. I've made all the necessary adjustments to my mobile device for ordering, however, your APP doesn't have ZOOM IN option. The font is to small on products, even when viewing your cart . the summary receipt. and the checkout process. Once order placed any notifications during fulfillment can not be read without assistance. please update APP to allow ZOOM IN option.

Love the Savings!
So many deals at Shaws can't be beat and our family loves the savings! I only wish the App worked in the store. If I have forgotten to add a deal prior to going to Shaws, it is very frustrating to add it in store.

App frequently doesn’t work
I like the app when it works, but it goes through periods where the app itself will load but if you try to search or navigate you just end up with a blank screen that appears to be loading. The app is updated in my phone, I've uninstalled and reinstalled, and I've rebooted my phone in attempt to fix it. Occasionally reinstalling the app will fix the problem but you shouldn't have to do this constantly for the app to work. I currently cannot navigate the app yet again and none of the fixes are working. It's frustrating when I've paid for FreshPass because I am usually ordering for pickup or delivery but I am increasingly unable to use it because the app itself doesn't work.

When it works, it's great. But more often than not, this app doesn't work. It crashes, doesn't load results, won't let me check in for my order, etc. etc. etc. It's very frustrating, and one more than one occasion has forced me to shop elsewhere and give my money to alternative grocery stores. Do better, Shaws, or don't get my money.
