Very very bad lately. Impossible to accumulate points like before. There comes a point where it's not worth buying because the price isn't worth it. The option to get points through photos is no longer like before which allowed you to get a lot of points. And there are few coupons available and even those are not worth it.

The app takes up almost 3GB of storage, why? It's not the cache, it's the size of the app. As for purchases, everything is fine, but I prefer to do it on the website. Uninstalled App

Hello, good afternoon, look, in July I placed an order and paid for it through Oxxo but I waited and for personal reasons I did not accept the call that day and my package already appeared delivered in the Shein application but I called the number that they called me so many times and they told me that they had taken it but that they would bring it to me but in the end it turned out that the package was stolen from me and they did not return my money or those points in the Shein wallet but for my part I was angry.

I love the app but it has a bug when selecting items, it raises the price when you pay, and when there are several, there is too much difference in costs and I don't think it's the taxes, because I don't even get to the payment view, it's from when they are selected.
