Worst IT team, app is alway fail to pay
Whenever there is a good deal and the app always fail to pay and when good offer is gone, the app will back to normal.

Was decent now busted
The app no longer works correctly since the latest “security” update. ReCaptcha does not work. I stopped after nine attempts. I originally logged out because the app was no longer linking to my platinum status. Now I can't login. I'll be using a non-Shell card going forward.

Verification not working; cannot sign in
Downloaded the app, tried to sign in as an existing customer and use the code for 2-factor identification. App will not process the code. Extremely frustrating when I'm trying to charge my EV.

I have a really difficult time with this app... I have to generate a code before I even get to the wash because I don't want to get stuck waiting for the app to connect to the location.... And yes, every location has the same problem
