Accessibility Downgrade
I have been using this app for hundreds of fill ups. Just recently when I open the app it is making me re-sign in. Not something you want to do when you are just trying to get gas. Sometimes I have to reset my password and still can't sign in. Hopefully app access improves soon.

Can’t log-in after changing password
I have a new phone and got the app and it was working fine. When I went to use it again. It had me do all this extra steps then it said I couldn't log cause my password was incorrect. So I changed my password and tried to sign in again with new password and it still said my password was incorrect… I probably changed the password twice and still wouldn't log me in!!!

Keep signing you out
Ever since the latest update and merging with FF, the app been horrible. It signs you out and it takes 5 minute to log back in. SMH

Shell returned my payment twice and charged $80.00 in penalties before I could cancel the account. I'm hoping this can be cleared from my credit report
