Late orders
Where I live if you order anything after 5pm you don't get your delivery till the next day! I only order when I have a spare bit of money most often I'm buying dinner. Then nobody delivers it. Not only that I'm not even compensated with a small discount after it's happened five seperate occasions. If I want a refund it takes a week to get my money back so guess what!!!! No gosh darn dinner for me even when I work late. Would not recommend this app will not reisntall

Entire cart for a store disappeared!!
I spent months filling up my cart preparing for the holidays and it's completely gone!!!! Support cannot get it back. Horrible app and updates that aren't QA'ed!!!

The app is extremely basic and does not allow for mix and match bogo. The search feature needs a lot of improvement. Mediocre at best. 2.5 out of 5 stars.

Too many extra $$
Been using Shipt for a few years and have with economy so bad have started to watch expenses and on placing an order today I noticed that Shipt increases the cost of products by an average of 23% to the consumer over store prices and they also fail to show the delivery fee until AFTER you have reviewed your order, hit submit and paid. My order, which was about $73.00 on other services (total) was $93.00 on Shipt. I was sort of ok with this because it meant getting my order same day as opposed to next day as it was 4:00 PM when I placed the order. So I hit submit and pay then I get notification from my bank that they have charged $103. An additional $10 was added for delivery. My biggest problem with that is they failed to list that charge until AFTER I clicked pay. Why do they not show that charge BEFORE you hit pay? It almost seems as if they are hiding that fee. You will not even see it until AFTER you pay and in order to see it you have to go back in to the order and click back a couple pages to see it on the receipt. I think I am now done with Shipt. A 23% increase in cost PLUS the delivery fee PLUS the driver tip. I'm sorry but that is just wrong. The 23% increase in cost should cover the delivery (excluding driver tip). Goodbye Shipt. I don't do shady corporate greed anymore.

Advertised accepted ebt but found you don't on Shipt. Been a Winn Dixie customer for 30 plus years and Shipt customer since 2020, however I'm deleting my account because of this. If you ever accept ebt email me until then goodbye.

Worst Experience
I placed an order through Target who I guess uses Shipt. I placed the order at 5:00AM and was “ guaranteed” delivery between 9-10AM. It is now 5PM and I still have not received my order. I have received several text messages moving my time slot back an hour, and then another hour and so on. I have called Shipt 3 times now only to be told in a pretty rude fashion that there was nothing they could do to help me as no one had “claimed” my order. For a company that is a delivery service this is pretty ridiculous. I have worked in customer service for over 20+ years, and it takes a lot for me to get to a point where I complain or take the time to write a bad review. There is also a way to speak to a customer and convey the same message with a different tone and attitude where it doesn't leave the customer feeling frustrated and upset. If any of the other big name delivery or transportation companies out there spoke to their customers this way the would not have lasted or been able to expand the way they have. I downloaded this app solely to share my experience with this company and warn you that if you see Shipt as the “third party service” spend your money elsewhere. The store you purchased the items from doesn't care because it is contracted out, and if the people that work for the company won't help either you are pretty much left high and dry. They also tack on an additional 25% of your order total “hold”on your card for substitutions, etc… I have never had any other company do this

Wrong Inventory ALWAYS
I always have an issue with shipt. Especially when ordering from target in nyc. They do not access target's inventory system, so often sell stuff on the app that isn't sold at the particular target they send my shopper to. Other people have the same issue from reading the reviews. It's confusing bc it's owned by target. Also, each time I have ordered from there they continually reschedule my order. So have waited at home for 8 hours more than once. It's so frustrating. Also, I don't see how they could have 5 star reviews unless most of these are fake, bc all the most recents ones are not 5 stars. Also, I have written a review about this before that somehow was deleted. Very frustrating.

Disappointed thinking of different service
I have been a customer for years but ther shoppers I have had in the past that were good aren't there anymore and the last theee or four shoppers I have had have been worse and worse. Bad communication bad substitutions. I am considering going to a different service.
