This is the most frustrating app. The updates are never accurate, there is no way to track shipping. Very poorly designed

This has happened for many of my orders where I would think It wasn't coming and it would just say ready to ship or waiting for order and whole time the order is coming there's already a shipping label so I just think it's kinda bugged

Not useful
Hard to know what you ordered, silly app will tell you all about where a package is, but never any useful information such as seller or actual item. Not a good app

Simple app but has technical issues
This app is fine if used sparingly. I received a message that said there's a technical problem that has prevented information on this app to load properly or something in the app. I was annoyed with it, and I was hoping it will be fixed but it didn't. However, the app has simple, nice format that's easy on the eyes. It has technical issues which I don't mind but it puts me in a bad mood when it's not fixed immediately. The app needs improvements to keep the system working well overall.

I can't get this app to stop sending me notifications about packages being delivered to my old address that are not mine I've sent multiple emails and no response this app is great but need some major bug fixing

I was scammed and have been trying to communicate for 3 months and have no response to my refund. I bought and my order did not arrive. The seller disappeared and I have no response. I think it is very serious that they do not respond and that they invent deadlines for claims.

The Aubainerie company sent me this app to track my package. Ok, and having the comments, it doesn't seem so bad. To realize that it's only in English.... Encouraging Quebecers ok., but damn, can't the app be in French???? Bad business
