Horrible service
Can't speak to anyone at this company!!!! My old info was on my card so it sent the product to that address I wasn't even at. Tried to cancel the order but the email attached no one responds to so I had to reorder the product. I reordered the product 10 min later and it's still not even shipped but the one that was sent to the wrong address was sent out. It's been almost 3 weeks and still no response and product isn't here but again it was ordered the same day.

I love the shop app for tracking but. Pleaseeee bring back dark mode, and also,” make it so that we can add any picture that we want, to whatever we decide to track!!! Please fix it (ASAP) or I will be forced to delete your app and find a different tracking app.

Shame on you for scamming people
Shop is not user friendly. I have had 2 orders now where I am only able to track shipping with shop. Except shop doesn't actually track shipping it's just a place to hold your order. It just says order placed until it comes and then YOU have to mark delivered. What a waste of an app. I deleted it but hopefully this saves someone from wasting their time on this.

Bocani jumper
The wrong jumper arrived. Not sure if I will get replacement as they charge shipping costs to return. The quality is terrible. I got roped in- as it advertised two ladies hand knitting a Nordic style jumper - with a closing down sale. It's nothing like that- comes from China. Completely machine made in poor quality man made fibers.
