Very Bad Customer Service
When you purchase something from one of their vendors you are responsible for making sure you get your package… Shop will not help nor will they pursue the vendor that took your money and ran with it… They give you these lame excuses as to contact your courier and make sure they delivered it properly when it should be them to make make sure whatever you purchased was delivered… I bought a buy 5 get 5 from these boxer shorts people on February 8th and they claim they was delivered on March 18th but looked back and opened the tracking app that is super suspicious… Track 17 or whatever and it shows delivered on March 13th but then says it was shipped back out to the state of Georgia and who knows where it is going… I have door bell ring camera also have a camera pointed at front door and down the driveway and forwards the carport and get notifications on every motion sensor… Nithing was even attempted to be delivered… Hope this helps others to not use shop app and stay away from them boxerhero briefs… Should have just went to Walmart…

Don't do the weekly paying I have money in my account and my payments are not going thru and the product itself is not what they told me it was I want a refund this is unacceptable.

Hey! So I'm trying to sign in with my goggle account and it won't work. I keep trying and it just will say I need more access for it and I give all the access it can get so I don't know. Maybe it's just me but just a heads up this might happen.

Don’t buy !!
I ordered two bags and I only received one bags and it was open!! Wrote the seller over 20 emails and even try to send it back and got no response from seller!!
