Slow and lags sometimes and sometimes the order tracking info is outdated

The app took away dark mode and the ability to swipe to archive past orders. I hate having all of them just listed at the bottom but it's also annoying to have to click into every order to archive it. At the very least there should be an option to long select an order to archive it.

Bloody ridiculous. Why do I need an app, then need to set up an account, verify an email, enter a texted code (that never arrived), just to track a delivery? Any other courier, one or two clicks to get tracking details.

Can we please stop changing this app?! It works perfectly fine and just when I get everything figured out they change it again!! STOP CHANGING IT!!!!!

When I updated the app recently it just blinded me with light mode instead of the default dark mode the app was already set to, they also changed the UI around and the way things are displayed around too. They also removed the function to look at previous tracking numbers on items that have already been delivered. I would have given a higher rating if dark mode is brought back and if I could see old tracking numbers and add a tracking number on purchased items from the shop app that were added.

New UI is awful and removed dark mode, overall cluttered and the size of the menu buttons across the bottom of the screen on my pixel 8 pro is nearly unusable.

This app is pointless. Another excuse for a company to get in your phone and mine data, it has no advantages to using it. Don't get me wrong I like Shop Pay and do use it fairly regularly where it is offered at an online store, including overseas purchases so the whole concept is great, but the app not so much. Any decent and worthy seller will send you confirmation that your order has been dispatched anyway, track it yourself with Aus post app, this is just another unnecessary app.
