Happy customer
Have been shopping with Very for a few years now and more than happy,just one thing puzzles me is why can't they add the delivery charge to your account instead of paying separately

I had to call 3times for a product i did not receive to be refunded, wasn't happy. Everything else is perfect.

Poor communication within the organisation.. Still charging me for a returned cooker which never worked correctly from day 1 but took 4 months for them to accept the return. despite communicating with the finance department about this still get messages about missed payments.. When they actually owe me money.. Strange..

Wrong item and size and colour
Caused inconvenience first time opened the account and everything was wrong . So have arranged items to be collected once done will close the account

Not iPad friendly
The Very app works great on a mobile phone but on an iPad it doesnt display in full screen. Most other online retailers manage to produce a working iPad version. The devs reduce the amount of customers likely to purchase due to the display of the app being the same as on a mobile, which uses less than a quarter of the iPad screen and makes shopping on the iPad awkward

If I could give it 0 stars I would. My dad placed an order to come for next day and was reassured it was on the way. He waited almost a week with the expected delivery date being constantly pushed back and out of nowhere the order was canceled and refunded without anybody reaching out to say anything. The item was gone. And he was locked out of the account??? Why would you list an item that's out of stock? And why was he not informed I decided to order for him. Exact same thing happend Scam
