Duvet cover sets
Not a happy bunny. I ordered 2 double duvet cover sets and used a discount voucher that i received through the post. When Royal Mail delivered it, the package was empty. After contacting Very to see what i should do, i was told they would refund me and to order the items again and that i would get them at the promotional price. This was not the case as it will only let you use the voucher code once and now I have to pay the postage again. I asked the operator if he could put the order through for me and he said he couldn't. Doesn't even deserve a one star for lack of customer service.

Quick and easy to place order only complaint is adding discount codes they seems to not work and had a whole order put through without the discount luckily when I contacted the very team they got it sorted for me 5 ⭐️

placed an order, and yodel lost my parcel. The order was cancelled. phoned very because I had a 20FORYOU voucher asked if I could use it again. I was told yes. guess what all it says is invalid. will not use very again

thumb print log in works ok for a while then stops working.app won't always load so have to reinstall, then you have to set up thumb log in again .
