Needs to be more functional
Complete over use of 2 step authentication, they update pointless stupid stuff for no reason at all, and don't update the stuff that needs to be, they take 5% of your profit if it's a basic plan and if your making good money that's a lot.

Money thief
I had a subscription of £5 every month then since my shopify store wasn't working I deleted my account and subscription but it still took the last £5 I had in my bank account I was planning to buy my cousin something nice for his birthday but now I don't have money to do so

Impossible to delete your account
It keeps on asking you to verify that you are human then it says your WiFi is not connected

Do not go near them
The support team are completely useless, they took my site down for no reason and the support team just regurgitate that “someone will email you soon” I have lost thousands because of this. Stay well clear, try square space

Thieves
Closed down my shopify store while I fulfilled all orders already. Its been 4/5 months now still no update or ANY reaction. They just stole my money and left..

Why is Shopify so greedy
Man I couldn't pay the last bill that was late on and I now can't cancel the bill because of it. They are telling me that I'm required to pay for it even tho I couldn't afford the next bill which is 128 dollars. This is stupid and fraud. I forgot to cancel it before the due date and now I can't cancel it. I'm required to pay the bill before I can deactivate my store. Shopify pls respond to this error.

For those who have more than 40 active stores it becomes difficult to monitor notifications from mobile, Ad add store requires you to enable 2fa even if already enabled by making it impossible to access
