Terrible app
Never gives you your walk in kicks doesn't take receipts giving lame excuses

Kicks don’t walk into your account
Walk in kicks are really disappointing! I cannot tell you how many times I have been right inside a store and no kicks kick into my account. Now when you ask Shopkicks about it they say turn phone on and off like you have all the time in the world to do that while shopping but I do and still nope. So it's frustrating at times but I guess nothing is perfect.

Kicks problems
I've had trouble with getting my walk in kicks. I go out of my way to get my kicks so I don't like that even though I reported them I'm still not getting them.

Continues Receipt Scanning Issues
This is a fun app to use when you are shopping. The product scanning and check ins work great the majority of time. However, the taking pic of receipts is horrible? Worked with Customer Service to get the issue resolved. It worked for one receipt.. then yesterday, back to being unable to take a pic of the receipt again. It shows no record on kicks activity if having taken a pic of the receipt. Please fix this issue!

The app is fun and easy to use. The only drawback is when an offer is not approved after purchase.

Shopkickin it!
I really like the app. I love using it to save money. I do not like having a change during the day to the points. For instance. I planned what I was buying on my shopping trip. Knew what kicks I would get back and after I shopped I was as submitting my receipt and some of the offers were missing. I probably would not have purchased the item without the kicks. That is frustrating!

Too hard to earn kicks
Unless you have time to stand around a store looking for items that you don't want or need, it's too hard to earn kicks. I've scanned approximately a dozen receipts and according to the app, none of them are eligible to earn anything.
