Have been using this app for years with minimal issues. When they changed the receipt scan I was initially excited, hoping it would pick up any purchases I forgot about. what actually happens is regardless of the lighting, angle, etc. it keeps telling me the receipt cannot be read so I can't even SUBMIT the receipt.

I shop at Walmart often. Often the app will not allow me to scan items saying that I have reached my limit. Yesterday, it would not allow me to scan anything except the 10 kick walk in.

Used to be a great app but recently they seem to make up excuses to avoid paying out points on valid receipt submissions. Customer service is unhelpful and just regurgitates one excuse after another to avoid correcting the problem. I can no longer recommend this app because it denies valid receipt submissions for arbitrary reasons that are not valid.

Absolutely terrible do not use this app they say they reward you your kicks but they do not show up in order to withdraw a reward. They tell you to reinstall the app to fix the problem but it doesn't fix the problem and then they don't respond they just say they are working diligently to fix it but they never fixed it

Scam. They never add points for receipts without hassle. I asked them to solve this problem, they suggested reinstall app. I did and all my points ( over $25) disappeared. I contacted them and was told "we're aware of this problem". That's it. No points, no replies since then.PS. stop your generic replies! And stop stealing money! Just got same "we're aware"

The system got stuck when I was uploading my receipt and it asked if I wanted to reload it. When I did it said it was a duplicate and never gave me the points which were 2400. I emailed them, they said it was fixed. They added the points to my activity but not to the total to redeem. I kept emailing them with no answer. Then the answer and tell me to uninstall, now all my points are gone, even the 918 I already had. And now I email and it tells me my messages are undeliverable.
