Pay a ton for shipping
I'm a long time customer, but am super disappointed with the unbelievable cost of shipping. After putting a lot of work and time into prepping and editing a bunch of prints, along with a couple small projects, I found that shipping almost doubled the cost of my order. Not only that, I learned (after all of this) that my 4x6 prints would've been free if I had put together my order through the app. I'm very disappointed. It seems like Shutterfly cares more about making money than serving customers these days.

Free prints yes. Shipping way too expensive. Not worth it with high shipping. Three 4x4 pictures for $4.42 is ridiculous. I have spent lots of money on here because of the prior relatively inexpensive cost. I will have to find another source to buy my pictures going forward. I was once a satisfied customer. As it stands today, I am very much not so anymore. Please reply

They will scam you
Be extremely careful when using this app. They offer all of this talk of discounts however, when you apply them, the price can sometimes double and then they reduce the price, you basically end up paying more with a discount. I find myself a lot of times buying from this website without using discount codes.

Easier than before
Used to take hours. Thanks phone app and discounts. However last batch: 50%(approx 90 pics) were not glossy as ordered and darker than original.

I get all these specials from Shutterfly, great, but you can only use one per order. Disappointing.
