Overpriced Shipping & Clunky App
I used to use Shutterfly a lot. But I don't think I'll be back. This app is terrible. Clunky. Photos don't load right. You'll start and stop constantly to reload the app. I had a simple project that took well over 2 hours, then they surprise with shipping costs that could send the items to Antarctica. First class. Don't bother.

Frustrating Covers
Frustrating. I wanted the cover to change from soft to hard for a Groupon I bought and couldn't get it to work. Also, couldn't get the mini book to change from hard cover to soft. Even if I went in and edited it and saved it. Never updated so I hope I get the right order.

Found it difficult to edit.
Appreciate the services offered. Found it difficult to edit a book. Lost my cover layout once. Easy to check out. Thankful it checks for errors in layout before checkout.

Uploading Issues
I am a longtime user and big fan of Shutterfly. That being said I'm having real difficulties lately with the app and website. For many years, I uploaded straight from my Facebook albums with no issue at all. But you can't do that from your phone. it is also incredibly easy to accidentally upload your entire photo library. Despite everything I can't stop the upload. I'm trying to work on a project and I cannot upload get my phone photos from a year ago to add to the project because the upload will not stop. I guess I'm just disappointed because there's no way to reach out to a helpdesk or chat. I'm going to have a terrible time organizing these photos on their website now.

It says I've ordered over 2000 photos which I haven't. I think I ordered 15 photos so it doesn't make any sense and there's nowhere to get help. Also to be honest when I get my prints in the mail it's like no one has ever looked at them and they don't know how to take a square photo, they don't know how to center things and everything is cut off like limbs and other important aspects. Often disappointing.
