Not so free prints
How does it cost $13 to ship a stack of 4x6” prints economy speed? The clarity of the prints is definitely worse than when Costco developed prints, and the 51% discount for Costco members gets eliminated by the outrageous shipping. I also miss the ability to edit prints that we had with Costco. 😫

Frustrating
One the one hand I love the freebies, but on the other hand it is almost impossible to make it work. I tried many times to choose the luggage tag offer, clicking on the “small tag” symbol. Every time, it sent me to a page with a selection of luggage tags, none of which said “small”. I tried 4 or more times to make a tag with my selected photo and selected font, size, and placement. Every single time it went into my cart it said the promo was “not applicable.” So I would go back to the original offer, click on SMALL luggage tags, with the same result. Beyond frustrating! These freebies are a joke. But no one is laughing.

Making it too expensive
I've been a longtime customer of shutterfly and I love their high quality prints. HOWEVER 4x4 and 4x6 prints used to be free and recently they have become 30 cents each. Even a small increment like that can really add up and I'm disappointed to see Shutterfly changing prices on us.
