This is my second experience with this app and I was hoping it would improve, but nothing: - I specified that I have a problem with my knees, it continues to suggest exercises in the daily program that involve the use and stimulation of the knees - it seems that the app has bugs that do not allow me to record the start of fasting at the last meal, but at later times not connected to anything - fake monitoring, it always suggests the same suggestions - too expensive for what it is

It's a scam, they promote you by filling out a survey where they prepare your personalized plan, with the exercises and foods and the time that suits you. But when you pay and install it you realize that it's just an intermittent fasting guide, where you have to talk to an AI and fill out each meal you eat in detail so that they can tell you if it's healthy or not. It gives good recipes, yes. But chat gpt can do the same thing for free. I don't recommend it.

I have not used this app and canceled it a year ago. However, I have been charged 3 times, including July 2024 and again this weekend, January 2025. I have left messages to get this canceled please and refunded. It doesn't show as a subscription for nor did I have the app installed. Tried installing it today to figure out how to cancel and I don't know what to do with it asking me questions for fasting etc. Please help so we can get this resolved and I will remove this review and/or dispute

It works, but for a paid service it offers almost no value. The exercise routine is fine, but has a lot of mistakes in the audio descriptions. The meal assessment is extremely bad AI that doesn't understanding what simple ingredient names are. The daily coaching chatbot doesn't offer useful suggestions. The app constantly tries to offer helpful things to read. But they are obnoxiously repetitive. Or completely inapplicable. Today I was told I logged and energy drink which I did not.

Downloaded the app in July 2024 where I paid €29.99 with my credit card. Then immediately deleted the app because everything is in English and it seems too complicated to work properly. Then an amount of €59.99 has already been debited twice without me using the app or taking out a subscription. I have contacted them several times but always get a vague response that they cannot find my account. I have deleted my account so I cannot log in

When I enter the video lessons, the application constantly closes itself, I cannot progress in the videos and thus I cannot finish the lessons. I canceled my membership but I also want my 3-month membership payment to be refunded. My membership started only 3 days ago, the application advertisement stated that I could get a refund within 1 week if I was not satisfied.

I am disappointed. I purchased a 3 month commitment plan, realized within 24 hours that this was not what I wanted, and it has cost me $65. Be very careful and make sure it's what you want or you will be stuck paying for something you don't want.
