The app runs well, but there is a lack of information related to the Roulette service and how it works. I was trying to pay but it won't let me close the payment even though the card details are correct. To avoid these problems it would be useful to add other payment methods as well, so you force people to use other services other than yours because even from the site it is not possible to use date pickers, the same for times that are not selectable on different browsers

Cars are constantly unreachable. Sometimes they unlock, sometimes not. Always great when it's 3 a.m. and -5 degrees outside.

App booking order cannot actually pick up the car
It was my first time using SIXT. I booked an Australian trip on the App. A week in advance, I received an email from the local Australian saying that I could not pick up the car because the store I booked on the App did not support it. If it does not support it, how can I place an order on the App? The response was slow through email communication. I found a Chinese person to communicate through Xiaohongshu. The final conclusion was that it was not possible and I had to either cancel or rebook. As for the hotel you could not refund and the affected itinerary, I'm sorry that was not my concern... I never admitted that it was SIXT's problem.

Central cost decision
It is well known that the 9 cents per minute for a car is only available at a certain time so that they can write "from 0.09€". But the fact that they reduce the price even further during strikes, even though it doesn't hurt them at all, is pretty harsh. While MILES advertises that it gives all customers a discount, Sixt Carsharing just adds another one on top and you pay a sum of money that you would have otherwise paid for 9 cents per minute. (Currently 35-39 cents). I think that's a shame because I usually like Sixt's model, but this pricing policy is really not good.

Disapointed
Very disaponited in your services. Unna Dortmundt, the counter lady has very unpolite. I had reservation made, and she just said to me, that there are no available cars. On a very rude tone.

Highly unprofessional and under trained staff and management. The "manager" (her name wasn't provided) (none of the staff wears name badges) refused to explain the charges that were being assessed to my account. After the "manager" on the phone told her employee to allow me ample time to retrieve my belongings from the vehicle and order a ride, the employee took it upon herself to kick me off the property because I was asking too many questions that she was severely incapable of answering.
