Be careful, this app is misleading, they make it easy for you and when you arrive they charge you more and returning the money after returning the car is another problem.

Thieves. Rented a car in Munich and was charged 1 additional full day for 30 min delay in returning the car due to heavy traffic. Rented a SUV in Santorini Island last year and got registered with a motorbyke in the system, to avoid some tax to the Greek government, I guess.

Every damage is reported
Every time I rent a car, three days later I receive a damage report for scratches that I did not cause - and it is always on the rims. Often the damage is minimal, which hardly anyone pays attention to when car sharing and which is barely visible during a nighttime vehicle inspection. This experience has made me stop renting vehicles from this provider. Instead, I switched to Share Now - they are not only cheaper, but also offer a larger selection of cars.

The driver's license is supposed to be photographed, but it is simply not recognized. Registration is therefore not possible. Tried on two different cell phones...

Great app, very clear and user-friendly. Unfortunately, the payment process was slow as long as I had clicked to save my credit card for future payments. As soon as I removed that, everything worked.
