Don’t use them
I have been trying to cancel my membership for a year. I just got charged for the annual membership again. They won't refund me. I am going through my credit card company and claiming fraud. Very shady company and no one helps.

Not working at all
I tried to pay on the website, not through App Store but it is not working at all. Payment error message was shown, but I got a charging message from my credit card message (0$ for trial now but it was supposed to be charged after a week). What's worse, I cannot log in at all after that message. I tried another google email account, which is perfectly working, and it only proves that there was no systemic error. I guess this should be fixed in a minute. I want either to log in alright or to be told about the payment error. 😡

It doesn't work. I paid with my card on the Skillshare web, not on the app, but once I paid with my card knowing that I would be charged a week after the approval of the overseas charge of $0, an error suddenly appeared, saying that the payment was not made, and I couldn't log in. Even on the Android app and iPad app, that Google email address didn't work. As soon as I applied for payment on the website, it happened. I think the website offers more discounts because there is no intermediate fee than in-app payment, so I paid with a card on the web, but now it's ridiculous. But what's even more absurd is that you can enter from another Google address, so it's not even a system error. I've emailed customer service, but I haven't heard back yet. I've been waiting for about 10 hours and I can't log in and I don't know if I'm going to be charged after a week, so I'm very angry. I hope you will solve it quickly. I deleted all the cookies and cache, but it doesn't work, maybe I need to check the firewall as well.... I signed up for payment to learn something, but I'm just stressed out a lot.
