A few bugs but I love it

Slightly buggy. Logs me out if my device reconnects to the internet and crashes from time to time but truly a great app. I hope more diverse content will become available as time progresses

Deletes classes and your projects along with them

I learned a lot of useful things thanks to Skillshare. Still, it bugs me that I can't go back to classes I've previously taken (a bunch have disappeared), nor revisit my project postings and feedback for those classes. Response to skillshare's comment on this review: The review was written AFTER I had already confirmed with the helpdesk that students' projects disappear along with classes that are no longer available.

I wanted to try SkillShare and signed up but there wasn't anything I was interested in. I tried to cancel my membership but SS said they had no record of my account under the email address I supplied them. They said they would be glad to look into it if I supplied my credit card last 4 digits were, what country it was issued in, what the expiration date was on the card and the most recent amount of money that was charged to them. They can have the most recent charge but that's it. Not happy with this service. This is now 1 year later and they have collected $198.00 from me, I'm still not interested and I still can't get a refund. The steps they tell you to take do nothing. Buyer Beware!!!

Cannot Cancel Membership

They will not allow you to cancel your membership. If you cancel through the app, they will still charge your card for years if possible. There is no customer service line. You can only submit a ticket and request they do something. You have to dispute the charge and get new cards. Awful.

They didn’t let me cancel my membership

I'll share for one day for the 30 day trial I canceled the membership. It signed me out of the account and now it's charging my card for a year worth of membership. This is Ludacris. Your Bags of trash.

They didn’t let me cancel my membership

On day one the 30 day trial I canceled the membership because I thought it was literally the same as YouTube. It signed me out of the account and now it's charging my card for a year worth of membership. This is unbelievable

Safari says too many redirects and It does not have a built in sign in page or offer mobile sign ins Please fix -__-
