This app is actually so trash compared to other delivery platforms. It is very buggy and constantly need to open and close the app since it crashes, there constant pop up adds in the app when ordering, overall I would not recommend this app and use either door dash or Uber eats, maybe spend less money on you garbage adds and spend it more on improving the app.

Skip is terrible. They've messed up my orders so many times that now they're using it as an excuse to no longer accept reimbursement requests. Not worth paying extra to have your things delivered just for them to consistently mess it up.

Up needs MAJOR updates.
1 - they are usually low staff for support during peak hours and holidays. They don't schedule enough help agents. You can literally wait upto 2 hours for a response from online support most of whom barely understand English and give back pre-typed answers not relevant to the discussion. 2 - cannot communicate with customer unless order has been confirmed as picked up on the app. (At times restaurant says “we are out of Pepsi, is Coca Cola ok” and there is no way to communicate with customer. 3 - most important, you cannot unassign yourself from an order in case of emergency or if the restaurant it taking too long or any other reason. You have to message customer service which once again can take a very long time to get a response and they usually don't under proper English.

terrible support on orders with unsatisfying refund policies. they force their skip credits first, and that's only if they actually give you the refund. after a few orders they blacklist you even if a big part of your order is missing.

my phone glitched and made the same order twice and I contacted customer support immediately and they flat out refused to help me. they offered a $5 refund as a "one time thing" but refused to refund me the $52 that was unintentionally payed. ordering food and receiving it has been fine for the more part but the customer service was horrendous.

One of the worst customer services that exists, in case of non-delivery, it is almost impossible to reach anyone and therefore to get a refund, it was my last order with them last week I switch to the competition.

I waited 2 hours for my food, contacted their support, and was told to wait 10-15 minutes, then another 10-15 minutes. I sent them numerous screen shots of the driver in the same place, and they just disconnected me. Eventually, I demanded a refund! No apologies, no credit for the frustration and time lost! This isn't the first time I'm absolutely sick of receiving late and cold food!! I'm done with them!! Uber Eats!!!!
