Nice app, improvement possible
Would be great to have the option to import a booking done by another pay. For example when a travel agent arranges the accommodation and the user arranges skipass and rental of equipment. Importing the accommodation booking into the app increases the usability.

Hello A lot of things that are good in the app. However, it seems that the information is not always updated correctly. Maybe you have to restart the app to get up-to-date info about e.g. open lifts

The webcams
Would have liked to be able to change the time on the webcams like you can do online, otherwise great app!

Weather observations
I would like to have current weather observations in the app (temp, wind) and not some kind of mix between forecast and certain observations. You can have a forecast as well, but observing with a time in the same way as the webcams would be good to see the weather situation.

4 out of 5, reason: could not add the linen set to my booking, searched for a long time but had to email you instead. This worked well and I am now satisfied.

Forced to rate?
Incomprehensible not being able to use the app without having to rate it. The prompt pops up all the time. History on the information boxes needs to be expanded. Better piste map where you can see directly on the piste map which slopes are open and which are not. Oh, no top ratings.

Welcome to the world of SkiStar Here you can receive information and offers from all our destinations all year round. It's easy to see today's weather and get tips on activities, restaurants and shops. You can also get to know your children's best friend, Valle the Snowman. Buy winter SkiPass or summer LiftPass cards from the app and pick them up in an automatic dispenser. You can also refill the cards you already have and pay with Swish in Sweden. Maps will give you a quick overview of open lifts and pistes, as well as biking and hiking trails, and you can also keep track of where your friends are. You can see your active booking and everything you need to know about your lodging, your SkiPass/LiftPass, rental products and booked activities. By linking your SkiPass, you can collect skiing statistics, chase pins and compete on our leader boards during the winter. We wish you a pleasant stay!
