It has a lot of good info but it is not user friendly, especially bookings etc. force you to start over. No big individual issues but old in the interface

Needs to be developed
It's sad that you can't have a complete app in which you can book accommodation. Instead, you are linked to the web and the functionality there via mobile is not good either. If you are in an accommodation and click on "map" you can't go back to the accommodation option - you have to redo the entire search... With your prices on lift tickets and your profits, this should work better.

Hard to find
Very difficult to find important information, queue times for lifts, having to set where you are every day to get the right weather. Managing to add friends was not easy before finding the share qr code and for the children it was an extra approval step.

Welcome to the world of SkiStar Here you can receive information and offers from all our destinations all year round. It's easy to see today's weather and get tips on activities, restaurants and shops. You can also get to know your children's best friend, Valle the Snowman. Buy winter SkiPass or summer LiftPass cards from the app and pick them up in an automatic dispenser. You can also refill the cards you already have and pay with Swish in Sweden. Maps will give you a quick overview of open lifts and pistes, as well as biking and hiking trails, and you can also keep track of where your friends are. You can see your active booking and everything you need to know about your lodging, your SkiPass/LiftPass, rental products and booked activities. By linking your SkiPass, you can collect skiing statistics, chase pins and compete on our leader boards during the winter. We wish you a pleasant stay!
