Worst service
I am trying to verify my account from 1 week, there is no improvement in it, and I got charged 53 pounds because of breach of contract I dont know what that was, and they still got my money locked up, this is the worst service I have ever used

If playstore allowed a zero rating I'd give it . it's a terrible app and it's customer service is about as good as 2G network.

I'm extremely frustrated with this app's verification process. I've attempted to verify my identity using my Aadhaar card (Indian citizenship verification) over seven times, and each time, my application has been declined. The system is clearly unreliable. Worst app to exist, my 240Rs (money) it stuck in this unreliable app. I can't transfer my money to my bank account due to verification issue. There should be proper system . Please Fix ASAP Thank you

Terrible customer service
The customer service is terrible. All they have it's a bot, that is not even well programmed. Good luck if you try to contact directly, nobody answers phone or email. I know what's next: they will say “oh we are sorry for any inconvenience”, as it fix the situation

it doesn't let you complete registration in Germany because the code doesn't come and when you send it again it only gives you two attempts. In the end the code never came
